I recently had an excellent experience with WorldStream's support team. Their prompt assistance efficiently resolved my issue. I also highly recommend their dedicated server services for their reliability and performance.

I had used their service for about 2 years.
Price is good. Service is not.
They refuse to refund my balance and there is not an obvious text saying it is not refundable on the payment page.
They throwed me a term pdf when I asked, and yes, they can hold the balance.
Just find and read it through please, don't make this mistake like I did.

Top-notch support.
They respond fast, and most importantly try to help, and fix issues if there are.
For me who puts client sites on the server, it is very important to have the best uptime and fast support.

In my opinion Worldstream are second to none. My server was racked in October 2019 and thanks to Worldstream it has worked flawlessly. The way that they dealt with a DDoS attack was extremely impressive and the way they handle my mistakes is very polite.

I've been with Worldstream since 2019 and they've easily been the best provider I've dealt with, and I don't even think I have enough time to write down all my reasons for feeling that way. From my first order, to the near immediate provisioning of my dedicated server, and all the way through upgrades and support: there's just no other provider that can come close to the level of service that Worldstream offers.

Every time I've interacted with their support team, they've been very quick to respond and always resolve any issue that I mention right away. There's no bickering to get different support agents… they all know what they're doing and are more than capable (an increasing rarity in the server market).

The servers themselves, the network (and their peering really is great– I'm a North American client and the performance is great), the control panel, and every other tangible thing about their offerings are top-notch; however, it's the support that really puts Worldstream above all the rest.

If you're in the market for a dedicated server, then this is the place to check out first.

Their product is attractive and high quality compared with other providers, especially in traffic offering. The support team is an honest and fast response to customer requests
