Worldstream is one of the best server providers we've had the pleasure to work with. Professionalism, quality, and prompt feedback on any questions. A willingness to help in any situation. Our server hosts several large media projects with a large audience, and having a provider with a human touch is extremely important to us. Renovations, price changes, and an unexpected invoice
For the past 4 or 5 years, I've used a Worldstream server to host small to medium-sized projects of mine. Mostly, my experience with them has been fine. I had quite a bad experience with them recently, though.
Last week, they announced that server prices would be increasing by 37%, and they would be downgrading some of their services, including reducing the monthly uplink traffic allowed from 100TB to 50TB. The announcement stated that the changes would take effect from the "next billing cycle after 13-04-2025". For context, I had just paid the most recent invoice in February 2025, which ought to have lasted until March 2026.
At the same time, they told me that the floor my server was on would be undergoing renovations, which would require my server to be relocated.
As compensation for the relocation, they offered a 5% discount on the new server price, a newer CPU, and remote access to the server via iRMC. I was told that these changes would take between 10 and 20 minutes of downtime while they moved my disks into the new server. However, due to difficulties their engineers encountered when configuring the network connection on the new server, the total downtime was around 4 hours.
The next day, I received an invoice for the price difference between the old price and the new price, to be paid within 9 days. This was totally unexpected, as the announcement of the price change specifically said that it wouldn't take effect until the next billing cycle.
When I contacted WorldStream about this, they initially declined to cancel the new invoice. After a total of 10 emails back and forth, they told me that the invoice was created in error and removed it from my account.

Fast and Efficient
I've used many hosting companies for myself and as a webmaster for numerous clients so not to sure why I have never come across Worldstream before.
Really impressed with this hosting company from the word go. Their support is professional, fast but also friendly, especially when you need rapid answers for clients.
All emails have been answered within a few hours which is such a positive for anybody like myself who has been in that position of waiting over 24 hours for a response to be followed by another long wait for the next reply.
I decided to opt for their Dell PowerEdge R250, Intel Xeon E-2336 package which is one of their lower end spec dedicated server. I'm more than happy with the speed and performance and more than that, so is my client.
One great feature is the remote boot and reinstall that is really beneficial when running into problems or the need to change operating systems. This feature is usually seen on VPS hosting not dedicated so much.
So overall Worldstream has performed excellent in their customer service and hosting package.
Really would recommend them to anyone looking for quality hosting.

Serious company with excellent support
I discovered this company almost by chance as they don't advertise much. The reason why they don't do it? They don't need it! They are truly fantastic. Products and prices are good, line quality is excellent and they are ready to mitigate unwanted attacks. Another aspect that is certainly excellent is their support! Yes, they have IMPECCABLE support: friendly, fast and always ready to meet the customer's needs. Even from a technical point of view, I haven't found any flaws yet. It's a shame that some services are missing, because given the quality of what they have for sale I would have also entrusted them with other solutions. If you hadn't understood, I'm really happy, almost two years after activation, to be their customer.

Help on 01-01-2025 ...
Problems with a change from centos to ubuntu, received after 20 minutes help during night (4h30) on a holiday (01-01-2025). They did the installation of Ubuntu, software raid5, mounting, etc .... So five stars which is not enough ....

I don’t think I need to say much about Worldstream, except that I’ve been a loyal client for over seven years. Since 2017, I’ve had zero issues with their service. Every time I’ve contacted them, I’ve received excellent support, whether it was assistance with migration, configuration, or simply answering my questions. They offer great prices, professionalism, and exceptional friendliness.
I’m confident I’ll remain their client for many more years because it’s hard to imagine finding a better service.
