All seems good on their website and provided everything goes well then it's probably fine. BUT if you are not able to sit at home from 7 am to 7pm waiting for a delivery and you miss it - or you need to speak to "customer services" for any reason whatsoever then you're soon stuck.
Rude and sarcastic and obviously trained to just keep repeating the company mantra's that the system won't help or that there is nothing they can do. I have never in may life been so wound up by anyone in a customer service role - he simply would not listen to me and every time I started talking so did he. Perhaps it was a game in the office - either way it has lost them a sale and I will be advising anyone to spend the extra money and go somewhere else.

Incorrect item sent. Very long wait on phone at least fifteen minutes on three occasions.

Absolutely awful. Have tried to have items collected for return twice now and on both occasions no one turned up, resulting in me sitting at home the whole day waiting. Keep having to send pictures of the items as they can't work out which items I am trying to return and it seems there is no continuity in customer care, as it someone new every time they email me.
