We have used company ‘WFT’ for travel insurance - initially due to them being only one to cover my husbands medical condition. This is now our third year using them. Not needed to claim, as yet. Reps are very friendly and knowledgeable. All good so far.

Used this company on two occasions. Each time customer service top class. Policy coverage including pre-existing medical condition (required in my case) is very good.

I had nearly given up on getting cover as my prognosis was less than six months but this company took all of my details and offered me cover within 24 hours. Very friendly and efficient. Price was a bit expensive but only to be expected with the risk factors.

Used World first travel insurance many times before as the prices are very reasonable. My only wish is that they increase the age for annual travel insurance from 74 yrs to 80yrs or more, otherwise cannot fault them !!

Had a slight issue on the website so ended up calling but was put at ease straightaway by the young lady I spoke to. She went through the whole process, explaining everything in simple terms and was able to renew my policy without any undue fuss.The questions asked were pertinent to my condition and there was no unnecessary jargon.Can't recommend World First highly enough when it comes to insurance for pre-existing conditions👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻

I have used World First for many years. They are always competitive on price and ask all the right questions to give me peace of mind that complex medical conditions are covered and understood. However, the last time I spoke to them I simply could not hear the agent due to loud background chatter. It was incredibly frustrating as I was being asked long and complex 'legal' questions which I was unable to respond to. I had to resort to obtaining a quotation online. When I did so the website failed to provide a payment facility. I then had to ring again to pass on my payment details. Following successful payment I didn't receive my documentation and had to call yet again. All very frustrating and unnecessary.
