Woolovers 

I have made a couple of purchases from Woolovers this year and I absolutely love the quality and value of their products. Its a breeze to order online and have delivery really quickly to New Zealand. I love the softness of the cashmere and merino products and the easy wearability of the silk and cotton for summer. Just had my latest purchase of a Lambswool cardigan and not scratchy like I thought it may be. I love wool-overs and have recommended them to all my friends.

i cant praise them high enough. a great well made jersey at a price at least half of which I would pay in Nz. easy to order, very prompt delivery, I am thrilled This was purchased as a gift for a birthday in September but I am sure the receipient will be as delighted with it as I am, this is the seventh jersey I have bought now, will not shop anywhere else for knitwear now I have found them!!!! thank you

I've now bought 4 products and am happy with the price, quality and service. Even when I needed a size change, this occurred without fuss or inconvenience. For me, this beats travelling to and traipsing around the shops on the outside chance they have what I want.

Woolovers has a great selection of jerseys at great prices and colours and styles that we can't get in NZ. A fantastic service that had them to me within a week. Looking forward to buying more in the near future.

I wear my jerseys everyday and they are so warm!! they are beautiful on their own. or you can wear them as a thermal under clothes. so useful! worth every cent. protects against this new zealand weather !

after 50 years in New Zealand I always wanted an Aran Jacket or Jersey. I now have both! First the cream Jacket. I exchanged the buttens with wooden onse and my friends admired the cream Aran Jacket. The special offer of free delivey and price reduction was too much of a temptation! I orded the pink Aaran Jersey and like the first order it arrived promptly and I am delighted and the envey of my friends.
I certainly would recommend this company to anyone who otherwse hesitates buying online.

i have purchased 4 items fom this company lately.. the quality is amazing.. yes in New Zealand we do have similar quality available or even better quality merino products but the pricing is sky high and unobtainable on my income. these products are what they say they are. ..you and/or the garment do not get smelly when wearing them as compared to a lot of non-natural material products available in this price range.
products have been delivered within 5- 10 days each time. i will continue to shop with this company. they also keep you well informed of what is happening to your order throughout. I am what i would consider an average womans size. not a pretzel and the sizing has worked out great for me.

Great value even compared to the Land of Wool (New Zealand). Quality excellent as is service and shipping times.

Real value for money . Very impressed with quality of garments I bought . Have recommended to friends and I will be back to buy again soon.

I had been looking at a cashmere blend cardigan worth almost $300, however it was slightly outside of my budget! Found Woolovers - wouldn't go anywhere else. Great selection, service and products!

I like the garments - good quality, reasonable price, accessible to people. Good service thus far. Courier service ought deliver to the door, not throw over the fence,

Have purchased from Woolovers before and always happy with the product and the service. I live in Gisborne New Zealand not USA as on my profile!!

I paid for 2 jumpers on 30th August,2013, to date these have not arrived,as at 2nd October,2013. Am off on holidays tomorrow,minus the jumpers and $72 plus. Have been told their is an Airfreight handling delay,I live pretty well in the heart of Sydney,the biggest city in Australia,35 days seems very excessive to wait with no sign of my purchase.

I ordered on the 3rd Aug 2013, My account was debited on 7th Aug, just 1 day before I needed the clothing. On the 16th there was still no sign of it, & no email offering an explanation, so I emailed the company and here is their reply:
"I can confirm that your garments were dispatched 5th August so they should be with you very soon.
Unfortunately we are aware of delays in delivery of parcels dispatched to Australia/New Zealand around this time.
In most cases the parcels arrive within 10-12 working days, but we do have to allow 25 working days for delivery/missing parcel, therefore if you do not receive your goods by the 4th September, please let us know.
We will need to send you a non-receipt of goods letter for your completion and return. Upon receipt we would arrange for a replacement order to be sent to you."

If they were aware of delays it would have been good customer service to let me know.
It is now the 19th Aug and no parcel yet. I'll need to wait until the 4th Sept before I can let them know it's time to send a non-receipt of goods letter. Let's hope the letter is sent by email.
Finally, why the NZ email address for a company from the UK?

Was very impressed with the prompt delivery to New Zealand, I had to return the first jumper as it was too big and it only took a week and a half from posting it back to receiving the smaller jumper which was a perfect fit :)
I would recommend Woolovers to anyone - their jumpers are very warm and well made.
