Tracey Parsons is one of that rare breed of solicitor that has a sense of urgency , she and Kerry were fast and efficient and kept me updated on progress. I will certainly be using their services in the future and highly recommend them to anyone who would like to use a Solicitor that cares about their clients. Very refreshing after years of using solicitors who don’t value their clients and don’t bother to chase and push sales along dragging the house purchase out far longer than it needs. Woodstock Legal Services is on the mortage lender panel of some large UK lenders and some companies like Lawhive use Woodstock as an intermediary to process communication with Mortgage Lenders. This is a horrible experience as Woodstock can take weeks to simply forward an email and all communication has to go through them.
It's a completely dysfunctional set up where your transaction time can easily triple with Woodstock in the picture.
