This is my second time using Woodstock for a property sale. I cannot recommend them enough.
They keep you updated every step of the way and their responses are timely and efficient.
They have provided guidance when needed and have helped us understand legal jargon when things were unclear in documentation.
As stressful as moving home can be, our conveyancing has been one less thing to worry about. They want prompt completion as much as us and I can say that I never had to chase them (which given our experience of others in the chain, is unheard of).

Absolutely fantastic team Charlotte Davitt, Rachael Aydemir, Alix Nicholls, Chloe rivers, Ella Wachter. Couldn’t fault any of them. They were faced with a challenge with the sell of my property. They had to deal with my buyers solicitor who was extremely difficult to work with, he was rude to them, and caused many unnecessary delays. The whole team remained professional and did everything they could to move the process along to get us over the finish line, including saving me unnecessary costs. Due to this we nearly lost our onward purchase several times, they kept me reassured at all times. communication was fantastic from all, nothing was to much trouble for them and I Couldn’t recommend Charlotte and her team enough. Kassam is a very experienced and knowledgeable solicitor, who completed our application swiftly, and comfortably before the stressful deadlines that we had to meet.

Fantastic conveyancing experience with both Sam Apsey and Lee-Anne Kirk. I have used both Sam and Lee-Anne previously at a different firm and managed to use them again at Woodstock Legal this time around. I would not use any one else to deal with selling and purchasing of properties. They are super efficient, quick and always on the ball with trying to get transactions done as quickly and efficiently as possible and able to give advice where needed. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone should anyone need a conveyancer for buying and/or selling.

I want to share my experience dealing with Woodstock Legal Services based in Reading. Absolutely dreadful experience from Tim/Laura. Both went AWOL on the day we were expecting to exchange contracts. Our solicitor and estate agent tried calling/emailing but to no avail. Spent most of the weekend worrying about what's going on. Never been so stressed and will never go back to them.

As I was moving from outside the area, I wanted to feel confident in the team who would be working with me. Helen and the rest of the team were efficient, supportive and made the whole process easier than I had imagined. Thank you for such a painless process.

Harvey Shulman is an exceptional solicitor. Unlike some other solicitors who work Monday to Friday 9 to 5 or so and watch the clock, Mr Shulman can be available at evenings and weekends which is very helpful. I have worked with him for many years (elsewhere). He is experienced and unique.

I unwittingly inherited a non-paying tenant when I purchased a property in November 2025, and after receiving multiple recommendations from members of a South Wales property investment Facebook group, I instructed Zoe and James at Woodstock Solicitors to handle the eviction process.

From start to finish, they were excellent. Evictions can be a stressful and daunting process, particularly when you are unfamiliar with the legal requirements, but Zoe and James took all of the stress away. They kept me informed at every stage, explained the process clearly, and gave me complete confidence that everything was being handled correctly.

Their communication was outstanding, and whenever I had questions or concerns, they were quick to respond and provide reassurance. Knowing that experienced professionals were managing the matter allowed me to focus on other things without worrying that something might go wrong.
