Purchased 3 items last month, a shirt,a dressing gown ,and some socks.
Shirt returndo8o852023 as total rubbish,and stupidly kept the dressing gown.It is probably the most tatty piece of clothing i have ever bought in my 80 years!!!
God knows who does their buying,but he /she needs to look for a new job!!!

Ordered items on the Friday late at night and were delivered in the timeslot allocated on the following Tuesday. The products were of a really good quality and the packagings was very suitable with nice little touches such as tissue paper within the box. I will definitely be ordering from them again.

My initial experience was good - after delivering the wrong item, a replacement was sent out, but when that quickly broke, I asked for a full refund, and since then I have had emails not replied to, and I found one response aggressive, since when they have ignored my efforts to resolve this.

Really impressed with this firm and would definitely order from them again.

Called Woods because I had a problem trying to order on line.
A lady called Sandra called me back today, very prompt service. I was unable to answer the call.

So I calked them back spoke to Sandra, what a lovely lady, an ambassador for the company.

I have so far placed 3 orders with Wood's of Shropshire. They have a great choice of products from medium to expensive cost. Parcels are well packaged and delivered in good time. Excellent customer service when I wanted to exchange a product for a smaller size. I have had no problems with them of any sort.

I got in touch with Woods of Shropshire to get information about a product. They told me it was the same than on another company website.
I asked to check the dimensions and colour, sending me a photograph,if possible. Unfortunately, no reply since.
I asked the same information to the other company. I got a quick and complete reply. So I ordered with the other company.

I have bought several times online from this company and I have had consistently excellent service. The goods are promptly despatched and have always been of excellent quality.

I have bought socks through Wood's of Shropshire a couple of times and have only experienced swift, correct service.
