Put in an order 10 days ago. Had to verify my identity, which I did, but never received the order. When I inquired, they said it was delivered the day after my identity was confirmed, which it didn’t.

I can’t praise her more in that she was very helpful an a really pleasant lady to help me through my purchase. I made an stock keeping error and needed the product by monday. The sales person I spoke to - unfortunately cannot remember her name - was so incredibly helpful, expedited my request and was very kind. So appreciated! It arrived by the next working day and everything was exactly as needed.

The sales team needs a complete…
The sales team needs a complete overhaul. For a simple problem, you end up speaking to 5 different sales people who all tell you something different. You spend more time chasing them even though they say they'll get back to you, which they don't. Avoid like the plague!!!!

Ordered from them over 2 weeks ago with a delivery time of 3-5 business days. It’s been 12 business days since, and had no notice of dispatch. Attempted to email them a week ago for an update and had no response either.
Read reviews at this point and seen it’s a similar issue for many. Do not recommend!!!
