I sent for this as I was searching for a jumper in a particular shade of yellow. This jumper was far too bright, not the shade I was looking for. It was also too tight all over. I usually find that the size of
witt clothes is quite consistent but this was too small. I returned it.

Very pleased with the Return Service. Everything went as planned.

Most times they are very good, but the styles are getting younger and shorter. Please bear in mind we are not all in our 20/50, and some of us need extra hip width. I have used Witt for many years, and being in my senior years, the free courier service is second to none!!!!

Witt have finally resolved the problem with the sewing machine . Fourth time, hopefully lucky! 😊

I ordered a pair of jeans & a top.....jeans were 2 sizes too big & top too small.
I reordered the jeans 1 size smaller....they were too small I couldn't get them on!

Only one of three skirts arrived with no explanation of where the other two were or when they were likely to be received. Had to phone up to find out - they were out of stock. Why not explain this on the paperwork?

I love Witt. I ordered two more pairs of elasticated waist jeans. They are so comfortable without the zip. Just pull on.

I ordered three items, all of which arrived within days of the order. They were each just what I wanted. Great service.

I have been a customer with Witt for quite a few years and can say so far I have no complaints

Very poor services
I have been trying to get into my account for months to make payment without being able to.! I have contacted customer services online via email, phoned, and web chat but no one can sort this . Today after phoning and being do a web chat they will help they could not do so so they changed my email address and sent me emails which I did not receive after this I was told I would be put through to someone who could help but was disconnected to web chat before this could happen. I tgen phoned and was put through to someone who could help me.
The help that I have been given is a joke as I have had no help to get back into my account and at present still do not have access to my a account and the only help was to make a payment plan to clear the arrears on my account that has been caused by me not getting access to my account to pay. So at this time I am now put in a bad credit rating, have to pay back through a credit agreement to pay as a bad credit et and still have no access to my account at all.
All I wanted was help to get into my account which is their fault and I got everything but that.
Well done Witt you should go out of bussiness as you can not help your customers with problems of your causing.

I have been a customer of Witt's for over 20 years, because I am disabled and housebound I am unable to buy clothes from shops so completely dependent on the internet when I need something new. I do find that sometimes the sizing is a bit erratic which does mean that I have to return a lot of the goods I have on approval, there are also sometimes quality issues but Witt are good about accepting returns as I always make sure they are returned in the same condition as when received. On my last order there was a problem, one of the items I returned I was unable to prove I had sent back because the courier's collection system was not fully logged (they just leave a card which is undated and just an 8 digit number on) when you try to track the return using this number the courier's system will not acknowledge it. It did become very frustrating and stressful but to their credit Witt sorted this all out within a few days. I had to return something from another source with same courier yesterday and was amazed to see that for the first time ever the courier had actually put a date on the card so maybe Witt's complaining to the courier on my behalf had some effect!

Quick service items ordered were good quality and good fit

Dreadful service it took a month to receive the order and three phone calls to chase it up. Very disappointed

Unfortunately I had to return my order as the trousers were too long although they were suppose to be Extra Petite length.
