Witt are greatly improved service wise.I found help on the phone when ordering and a easy website to navigate when makeing a payment or ordering. The goods are of good quality and well packaged as well.

I am really happy with all I purchase from Witt, some might be a little pricey but such good fits & also the descriptions of good always match what one purchases

Quick and easy shopping , fast delivery. Clothes were as stated and look great.

I find your products are fairly unique and this is why I choose to use you but many of the items I like are a bit on the expensive side. I know there is a buy now pay later scheme but this is not my choice as I like to pay for things immediately

Reading some of the other reviews I’m quite surprised as I have been a customer of Witt for years and never had a problem. Clothes fit perfectly and they arrived very quickly. Happy shopper.

My wife has been a customer of Witt for about 3 or 4 years now and compared to some of the companies she deals with Witt comes bottom for customer service.
She ordered two items about 5 weeks ago now and she is STILL waiting. This is not uncommon for us with Witt, she wanted an item for an Xmas present in 2019 so ordered in plenty of time by ordering it in early November, Xmas came and went to the point she had actually forgotten about it and then got a surprise when they finally delivered the item in FEBRUARY of 2020.
She once rang them to query a delivery and because it's obviously a premium line a call of a few minutes cost her £7
We don't mind waiting for a deliveries so long as they keep us informed of it's progress, but they don't, you have to spend your money ringing them otherwise you know nothing.
So if the items ordered ever do arrive I'm going to refuse delivery and further catalogues from them will be returned to sender.

I have now ordered several items from Witt, and have been very pleased with the quality, service , fit and delivery.
I had one slight problem: I ordered one top and received two! I returned the second one, which was acknowledged quickly, but the refund took longer than expected. I have ordered since and everything was fine. Thank you!

Only part delivered the rest not been delivered yet!

Witt are now saying I ordered this jumper twice - why would I do that.?
Plus only one order showing on my account.
Trying to say I paid a delivery charge on one of the orders.
Trying to get out of refunding my delivery charge.
Last time I order from them I'm afraid.

I can't rate my total experience as I am still awaiting delivery!! In all I ordered 4 items and was told at the start two of the items could not be delivered until next week. However, the other two items were in stock and I was told they had been despatched and would be with me within two days. I then received a note to the effect that delivery would take place yesterday. Another note today advising a further delay. What on earth is happening? I am not happy.

Easy ordering, very quick delivery, exalent quality goods. Altogether a delightful shopping experience.

These were the fifth pair of similar trousers I've had in recent years, and they are excellent as ever.

I love the clothing from Witt,it is stylish and lovely and colourful,sometimes the fit is perfect but sometimes is bigger than expected.i can buy clothing that is different instead of the usual styles from other retailers, they have the same styles over and over again.

Great choice and sizes. Good prices. Order arrived next day as standard delivery. Will order again from Witt.

More than impressed as the goods arrived the next day, in fact I doubt the ink was dry on the order before they turned up. The two items were just as nice as well and can't fault them.
I shall be returning
