Excellent price on a product I purchase often

After a slight hiccup this company was incredibly helpful, promptly fixed the problem & went above & beyond to repay me for the inconvenience:

+1 star for excellent selection
+1 star for prices
+1 star for availability
+2 stars for customer service
+1 star for efficiency
+1 star for convenience
+1 star for communication
+1 star for quality

As you can tell, that's more than 5 stars. Unfortunately my first order with them was slightly delayed & I waited over a week before contacting them.
As soon as I contacted them they immediately sent out a new shipment and refunded the full amount back to my card. I would've been more than happy with either outcome but the fact that they went above and beyond to deliver my order & refund my payment is what will keep me shopping here for years to come.
Thank you very much to the team at WiseMerchant for all of your help & dedication.
If there is something you need today, you should go to the store or order on door dash, however if you can wait a day or two, WiseMerchant is one of the most honest & reputable companies I have ever dealt with.
Give them a try & see for yourself just how vast the selection is, how cheap the prices are & how honest the company is. I doubt you'll run into any problems. However, if you do, you can rest assured that they will promptly do whatever it takes to fix any problems you may run into.
To the team as WiseMerchant, thank you so much. You've restored my faith in online vendors & I will continue to use your service & spread the great experience I have had using you so far.

I fell in love with this Yardley Lavender hand soap when I first found it in my local discount closeout store but they quickly sold out by the time I came back for more So, I started searching the internet and came across wisermerchant.com where I found it for a reasonable price. I placed an order for 5 bottles and they were shipped to me quickly

received a refund with no explanation

They shipped the wrong item.

Slow response when attempting to exchange.

Oddball process to exchange.

Won't use them again

Q ayuden ala gente

good product, fast delivery

Absolutely worthless. Your dentemps were as hard as cement. Nothing like selling stuff one can't use. 👎👎👎👎👎

Order recieved ahead of schdule all items in great shape no issues.

Your service AND your earlier than expected delivery made for a terrific first-time experience. The multiple-unit order of this product was very important; I depend on this product due to a certain health condition. I am no longer able to drive an automobile and the store within walking distance is unreliable as to having this product on hand, sometimes for weeks at a time. So, THANK YOU “WISERMERCHANT”!!! Your company and your staff came to the rescue!

wrong item was received, never reply my message

Great timig, shipping and overall satisfying quality !

I ordered an item from this company on October 22. When I received the item it was not the item that I ordered from their website. I immediately contacted Wisermerchant by email about the issue. They apologized for the error and said that they would send a prepaid shipping label for me to return the wrong item shipped. Today is November 8 and I still haven't received the label so that I'm able to return the item and receive a full refund. I don't recommend buying from this company.

Salt tablets arrived timely and in good condition.
