Navigating wine options is easy, but I think the site should be better on giving recommendations.

Portfolio has also been limited for some selections and a few prices are higher than my local shop.

A pop up opened for $20. 00 off a $150. Oo purchase It indicted applied but it did give me the discount.
Now I will have to cancel or call for help.

Very easy to Navigate and check out and set up account. Great selection found exactly what I was looking for easily. Ended up placing a second order shortly after my first.

The ratings and descriptions of the wines are helpful. And the live help with even more information and food pairings is great. Jay helped me today with food pairings for a Sancerre.

I was looking for a quality wine at a reasonable cost to serve when my wine drinking buddies came over. I found a couple that were competitive somewhat with Vivino without having to buy a case. I don't like to do small orders but when wine gets up in the $50+ category i have to temper my orders. I order most of my good wines over the internet as we live on a lake in
Texas and are 70+ miles from Dallas so ordering on line is our choice. Wine.com usually fills the bill.

There are so many wines out of stock and gets worse each time I order - not good!

In a word, horrible. FedEx apparently tried to deliver the package a few times, but the recipients were not home. I emailed wine.com and provided a cell phone number for the recipient and gave instructions to call the recipient and arrange a time when the recipient would be home. Apparently wine.com did not forward that message to FedEx. I was told I could go to FedEx and "Manage Delivery," but FedEx wanted me to set up an account and provide a credit card. FedEx changed the delivery date multiple times. Very frustrating for me and the recipient. I finally gave up and cancelled the order. Can't believe in this day and age your delivery person cannot call the recipient and find a time when the recipient would be present. I am done with wine.com

Extensive choices with good explanations. Smooth buying and delivery process. Reasonable prices.

Good selection with nice links to similar and additional products. Includes Pro ratings and customer ratings. Great shipping options. Search is both easy and effective.

The fact that you are protecting my wine as well as the delivery service during this brutal weather means a lot to me
