I can’t fault the personal service and attention to all the detail around the gates. I put in a new post box and they set that up on concrete base along with lifting blocks and putting them back perfectly. The gates have been perfect and it seems that most people in my area which is Radlett seem to want to use them as I did on recommendation and also watching them work on other houses.

I would recommend his company above others and in the end I wanted a quality job which was a fair price. Always available on any call outs for any teething problems which were more me understanding the system than anything else.

I contacted Willows Forge last Autumn to arrange a survey and quotation to fabricate and install electric sliding gates with associated brick work.

I met with Marco who made an effort to meet me within two days of the enquiry.

We received a comprehensive and detailed quotation soon after.

We did give them the go ahead as we felt comfortable given their reputation and experience.

From start to finish the installation went smoothly. The engineers and ground workers were very friendly and always took pride in the their work. At times the weather was poor but they persisted and delivered a quality installation and made time to come back to site for the hand over, and spent time making sure we were happy with the end product.

If you’re looking to deal with a reputable company, with experienced and friendly staff that provide and install quality products I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I recently spent hours and hours getting quotes from all manner of different company to automate our front driveway gates. It was a minefield with widely varying quotes and lots of contradictory advice.
These guys came via recommendation and the quality of their work has been excellent. They automated our large hardwood gates and the quality of the work was brilliant (it wasn't an easy job at all, and in fact our driveway installers who turned up afterwards were admiring it and asking who did the work). I did lots of research so I already knew when they told me the equipment they were installing, that it was the highest quality automation kit - and they provided lots of really helpful advice which the other companies I had met hadn't done. I even found out that one of the companies we nearly chose were planning to install a system that was technically illegal as of March this year.
The owner, Marco, is not only professional and extremely capable, he is a man of his word, reliable and doesn't follow the hard sell route of most of the gate people I met (many with great reviews). I've recommended these guys to friends and would definitely recommend them to others. We live in St Albans so not sure how far afield they serve but worth a call for sure.
If you are looking for gates, gate automation etc this company is one of the best out there for sure. The cost was also very competitive.
