Was recently scammed by Wigfever and have helped to create awareness on social media so people can stay away from them and they can lose business. Rather than giving me a refund they are ignoring me which is fine because I'm gladly enjoying ruining their brand. Had they had refunded me I promise it would have never gotten to this point at all!

The accounts are @wigfeverstore_ on tik tok and @wigfeverofficial on IG they tried to report my tiktok for impersonation and failed misrably because im not impersonating im simply calling you out!! so you want the account taken down more than you want to refund a customer who never got their wig?? Okay china scammer😒 by searching #wigfeverscam or #wigfeverreview my videos should pop up along with other victims sharing their story!

Love this company so bad ! Have never failed me delivery was so fast and always send me great quality hair , communication from company and customer service is always very helpful . Thanks again wigfever

❗️Warning‼️ if you have placed an order with Wigfever aka Wigscamfever I suggest you contact your bank right now and have them reverse the charge because you will never get your wig! After my package was marked as delivered to a different city I immediatly contacted one of their chinese monkey customer agents and they made every excuse in the book not to refund me they are horrible people and they pay influencers to lie about the wigs. Go on tik tok and type in "wig fever scam" in the search engine and you will see lots of complaints and videos. Many people buy from them and recieve nothing in the mail and they will keep your money. This company is a dirty and shameful scam! I've contacted them via email and whatsapp and they are deliberately ignoring me. Please do not support them. I've created both a tiktok and instagram page with their logo and likeness to make sure they lose business. I won't stop until I'm refunded!

Great communication! The hair smells great! Came on time. It was literally perfect! Last piece of the puzzle I needed for my birthday & mother’s day! Gotta go I’m about to go order again!

Initially I bought a wig from this company and it was good. So I decided to get another seeing that the quality was good prior. However after one wear the lace tore and is not wearable at all. The description said 360 and that it came ready to wear which was also falsely advertised. I reached out to the company and they are saying the wig tore because of how I handled it... but why should a wig tear after one use ?? I have bought wigs from other places and this did not happen. I am extremely disappointed. I asked for a replacement or refund and they said they cannot offer a replacement but will give a 15% discount.. how insulting!! The item was over 150 USD and you want to give me back like $20 which cannot purchase anything substantial. To add insult to injury they sent me a video of how other customers wigs tore and how they sewed it back. They said I also should sew mine. I don't understand what type of nonsense this is truly. I will not be using them again that is for sure. Extremely disappointed!!!!

Where do I began. I have purchased from this company over 10 times in each time it's a great experience. They have some of the best lace and the quality of the hair is amazing. Just purchase several wigs for birthday gifts and they arrived super fast. Wigfever also has some great deals. Customer service is also amazing they respond in a timely manner and they are super sweet.

The customer service was fantastic! I originally ordered a different length that wasn’t available, but they quickly helped me adjust my order and made the whole process smooth. I also received my refund almost immediately, which I really appreciated.

I am very disappointed with my experience with Wigfever. I waited 32 days for my order and spent a significant amount of money expecting the wig to match the confirmed size. Unfortunately, the wig does not fit and does not match the ordered specifications.

Before production, I received confirmation regarding the size. However, after I raised concerns, the explanation changed. The cap circumference measures approximately 22.5 inches, which is smaller than what was ordered (23.5 inches). The wig is extremely tight and unwearable.

I have previously purchased wigs in the correct size, and they fit comfortably, so I know this is not an issue of personal preference. This item simply does not respect the size requested.

I requested a return label and a refund, but the process has been difficult and frustrating. I hope the company improves its quality control and customer service so other customers do not experience the same issue.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

I was a bit worried about not getting it on time. However, the communication was very good and the delays experienced were due to weather issues and things beyond our control. Anyway the wig did come in time and the quality is amazing!! It is so full and soft like!! I absolutely love it and will definitely be buying from them again. 10/10 recommend.
