We have just purchased our new bathroom with Katie and she was amazing through and really listened to our plans. It was very pleasant experience and her communication has been excellent.

The sales consultant at Worcester wickes named Katie Griffiths was very friendly and professional. She really listened to what our requests were and planned the kitchen with us within our budget. We are very pleased and impressed with the final plan for our kitchen. We would recommend Wickes for planning a kitchen and hope that the fitting goes just as well.

Katie was such a pleasure to deal with. Choosing a kitchen is never easy but because she is so good at listening and knows what she is talking about, the whole experience was a joy. Also all her colleagues were very helpful and supportive.

I was trying to find a certain colour 9f paint but didn't have the name. A very nice assustant called Dean was there and really took a lot of time helping me out. He was so good humoured about it - we didn't find it but it wasn't for his lack of trying.

Just made a trip down to wickes had to get a few bits and bobs for my new house and I’ve really appreciated the assistance of a young man called conor helped me find the things I needed fast and efficient and I’m very greatful of this man making my life a lot easier. Member of staff at the checkout barely looked at me, didn't reply to my cheery 'hello', and she wandered away to chat to colleagues in the middle of serving me. She did glance in my direction to roll her eyes when I asked for a receipt. On the shop floor I couldn't find anyone to ask a question to. The poorest customer service I've experienced anywhere.
