We went to Wickes to get advice in planning a new kitchen. The designer, Tahir Younes was very helpful and we went ahead with his plans. Delighted with the outcome, kitchen looks great, fitters were friendly, great workers and cleaned up each day before leaving👌
Since completion our designer has been very helpful sorting out returns we didn’t require which helped us immensely. Would recommend.

Tahir Younis was exceptional throughout my kitchen project. His knowledge of kitchen products is second to none, and his advice was always honest, practical, and incredibly helpful.

I made several visits before finally placing my order, and Tahir remained patient, professional, and attentive every time. He took the time to answer all my questions and never made me feel rushed.

I’m extremely pleased with the service I received and would highly recommend Tahir and his team to anyone looking for expert advice and outstanding customer service.

I had a great trip to Wickes today. A gentleman called Kingsley was extremely helpful and very friendly, but manager Nargis went above and beyond to help me with an unrelated issue regarding a return. Her professionalism, charm and kindness could teach other managers in other companies a thing or two.

Excellent service from design planning to completion .we had a kitchen and bathroom designed by a fabulous designer called Thanim Malique nothing was too much trouble he even took my calls and messages whilst on holiday !
We were thrilled with the quality and style of both the bathroom and kitchen . Would thoroughly recommend wicks .

We bought our new kitchen from Wickes’ Wimbledon branch and were very pleased with the service we received at every step. The designer Thanim Malique understood what we wanted and came up with a design that met our requirements within our budget. We were planning quite a long way in advance of the actual installation, but changes to the specification were happily accommodated – and no hard sell when we opted for slightly less expensive options! Thalim also arranged installation by a top-class company of fitters, whose work we cannot praise too highly and were always ready to listen to and answer our questions and concerns.

Went in for a kitchen design service at wicked Wimbledon and the advisor (Ramsha?) was quite abrupt and condescending at times. At the end of the design I asked for a print out of the design and measurements so that I can go away and check the units all definitely fit and design is correct but also so I can review the design in case I make changes - and I was told they can’t give that to you. I was expected to place the order and pay for it before they give you the design and measurements of units. No time to think about it other than imagine the design in my head and remember everything they had included and sizes! Crazy.
Apparently their new policy which is bonkers. I’m not going to order a new kitchen without having time to review it and double check measurements especially as they didn’t come out to measure. Needless to say I didn’t place the order with wickes and now ordered elsewhere (who worked with me over a couple of weeks to fine tune the design and measurements and make tweaks ). The first design and sizing is never the right one.

Ria Hassan provided an excellent design service, professional with a great deal of expertise. She was also a lovely person to consult with, friendly and communicative.
I would highly recommend this service.

Poor! No one called! And there is no way to send back an email or to call any number as no details are provided in the confirmation sent by a no reply email.

The staff are always very helpful and will offer to pack heavy items like laminate into your car. Craig helped me today and was very professional in packing the laminate into the car for me.

I had my kitchen installed by Wimbledon Wickes store. the kitchen looks amazing. The installation was top class and the designer, Thanim Malique was very professional and explained everything very clearly. Everything was thorough and no corners were cut. I felt constantly reassured and Thanim was always at hand to answer my calls or emails on any queries I had. Definitely recommend to family and friends, i am so happy, my dream kitchen !!!

We are so pleased with our new bathroom. We really appreciated the personal care offered by design consultant Thanim Malique. He helped us unearth the style and design that would best suit us and negotiated changes before we committed to the final design.
Thanim was particularly helpful when there was a problem with one of the delivery companies and came to help sort out the problem immediately.
The installers who came through Wickes were extremely professional and caring about detail.
We would definitely recommend!

I had previously placed 2 orders previously. One issue was one of the bags of stones arrived opened and had been tied, unsure if this was the store or delivery driver. Couldn't tell if or how much was missing but no big deal. The main issue was with my third order. I was sent the incorrect items. As they were gravel for a pathway, I couldn't use the incorrect items and contacted wickes that same day. I had someone booked to conplete the pathway. They were unable to do it as there were no stones available. Lost my deposit.
-having to carry 5 bags of stone into my house, i now have to carry these 5 stones back outside for them to be collected.
- I then have to carry 5 of the correct items back into my house.
Although they have said they would resolve the issue and send the correct items. This whole situation has been very annoying. The incorrect order was delivered on the 1st. I don't expect to receive the correct items this week so in total it will be over 2 weeks since my order.

Extremely friendly and helpful she gave us really good assistance, she helped us find a solution to our predicament when other staff members couldn't, and she had very good knowledge of the store and its products

Had my first kitchen design appointment with Ramsha (Ria) in Wimbledon Wickes and it was definitely worth it. She is not only passionate about her skills and experience, she has some good ideas to bring to the table as well. It makes you want to buy confidently!

I wanted to spend some time looking at other materials before and after spending time with the kitchen design consultant; however the parking is limited to 2hrs only. That is the only negative issue.

Went to Wimbledon branch for quote for kitchen, I saw a couple of kitchens I liked but wanted to think about it
The representative was ok but I felt he was rushing the appointment, kept looking at his phone
Once he designed the kitchen he told me about the next steps, when I said I wanted to think about it, his reply was can I let him know as soon as possible as if I wanted going to go ahead he wanted to delete the design off his computer
This has put me off from buying from wickes as this is a big decision and I felt he was trying to push me into a decision
He didn’t give me a copy of the design or price.

Be aware that over a period of 4 years the acrylic/polycarbonate on Wicks Kitchen Cupboard doors may warp on the outer edges - the 10 year guarantee is worthless as Wickes states - the product guarantee does not cover damage resulting from factors such as heat, moisture, or general wear and maintenance conditions encountered during use. On this basis, the claim falls outside the terms of the guarantee, and we are unable to offer a replacement.
IF your kitchen was any form of moisture from say boiling water for tea or cooking potatoes in a KITCHEN or opening and closing doors too often laminates on the doors may distort and warp as our have done.
Wickes customer service stated - inadequate maintenance over time, which can cause the material to swell and lose its structural integrity. "inadequate maintenance" how is one suppose to 'Maintain' a kitchen cupboard door ?? It does not sit outside in one garden which need varnishing and painting -it is a plain kitchen door residing in a kitchen where the will be moisture from day to day from cooking!
To deceive the customer on a farcical 10 year guarantee on doors and fittings is a lie.
Please be advised-this was the official response from Wickes when we informed them some of our kitchen cupboard doors have become warped. I guess you get what you pay for !

I ordered from them a few times without any issues, but last time they failed to deliver a large bulk of compost on the selected date, and then again three days later, without any credible explanation. The best they could do was 'someone marked the order as no longer needed in the shop' so they didn't even attempt delivery the second time, despite the agent having promised to escalate it when I had called about the first failed delivery. I didn't have much confidence after all this that they'd succeed the third time around, so I cancelled the order, which they did refund fairly promptly. However, the £10, then £15 they offered as compensation for the aggravation and delays they caused is a joke, and if that's their blanket policy, it's unlikely to be deterring them from messing people around like this again.

I have usually had good experiences with Wickes Wimbledon. On this occasion, however, not. Yesterday I tried to order online for delivery 3 sets of items for the garden. They all showed as available on the website. When it got to delivery options, it said that one item was not available and should be removed. Today I tried to repeat the same order and when it got to delivery options, it said that none of the items were available! Additionally, yesterday the basket initially showed the delivery charge as £4. When I had removed the one unavailable item, the delivery charge changed to £35. I raised an online complaint with Wickes about all this yesterday evening and have had no response yet.

Mr Thanim has been absolutely helpful and professional. He accommodated us and suggested us the best possible Kitchen we could fit within reasonable price. He came on site for the measurements then visited the site again while the kitchen was being built just to ensure that everything is as per plan. Very many thanks, Thanim.

Great job done by the Wimbledon Wickes branch. Tahir Younes was a fantastic help with design and general information. Bill Goodyear and his team did a great job with installing my new kitchen. I would recommend these guys to anyone. Well done guys and thank you for a great job.
