Helpful and lovely staff
I called before my visit as i wanted to make sure they had the paint i needed Alfie answered and was very helpful.
Upon my visit into the store, Maddie assisted me with my request. She was very professional and ensured the colour was the right one. Alfie also helped through the process. Both were very kind and provided a service that exceeded my expectations, they are truly an asset to the letchworth store

Excellent customer service
On arriving at the store I was less than impressed with the initial response from the duty manager regarding my return. But I can honestly say that when Lilly got involved the service was excellent- she was very friendly, professional, and couldn’t do enough to sort the issue out.

In and out in minutes, couldn’t be happier.
I’d merely popped into Wickes to purchase some spray cans to revitalise some metal work at home. All the staff members I came across were warm and welcoming with smiles on their faces. When I got to the tills there was quite a few customers and then a young gentleman Ciaran opened a till to help serve myself and others, which helped as my autistic 5yr old was beginning to get restless.
