Wickes - Leeds Roundhay Bewertungen 

I visited the Wickes store in Leeds, Roundhay on Saturday 31st January and spent time in the kitchen showroom with Sara. From the start, she was friendly, professional, and really easy to talk to. She arranged a measuring appointment and a follow-up design visit to the showroom straight away.

The measuring service was excellent. Sara took her time to make sure she captured every detail needed to create the right design. During the visit, she was polite, thoughtful, and made me feel completely at ease. I have a leg injury, so I couldn’t (and didn’t want to) stand for long while she worked, and she was very considerate and happy to let me sit and rest while she got on with everything.

A couple of days later, I returned for the design appointment, and it was fantastic. She had clearly listened to my requirements and created a design that was perfect for my small galley kitchen. The layout makes much better use of the space, organises the units and appliances brilliantly, and stays within my budget and personal taste we had discussed.

Sara really went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with every detail. The service was outstanding, and she’s a genuinely lovely person to work with. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her.

Consultant didn’t seem interested in helping, more focused on their next appointment and trying to get us out in a rush. Didn’t listen to what we wanted and was some what designing products in that we didn’t want

Been doing some DIY at home needed some strip wood on TWO separate occasions two different sizes of wood. checked online 12 items on stock. Arrived in store no stock available. Should have just gone to selco.

Whenever I go the store the staff are so helpful. Today Karl took the time to answer my query despite being obviously busy and then helped out when my gift card wasn’t working. Hamza was also very pleasant on the till (sorry I caused you problems!)
The female member of staff (sorry I can’t remember your name) has also helped me on numerous occasions.

Second day wasted waiting in for a delivery. Why bother telling me your going to deliver when you knew full well you had no intention. What an absolute joke of a company.

Sara Mendoza, design consultant for my new kitchen install. She is really kind, friendly and smiles help a lot with home visit to measure and make sure everything looks good to design and always check if I satisfied. Kitchen install can be so stressful because new boiler install but she just able to adapt make kitchen look so good. I want to saying thanks very much for your time and service.

I truly don't know why I ever went back to the Roundhay Road store in Leeds after my last visit when none of the staff new what a split pin was. On this occasion I wanted a short piece of push in plastic pipe. I was somewhat surprised that I had to purchase a 4 meter length but it wasn't very expensive so such is life. My problem was that it was clearly not going to fit in my car. At the checkout I asked if I could borrow a saw to cut it in half. I was told that I would have to buy a saw, take the pipe outside and cut it in the car park as they were not allowed to cut anything on the premises. What sort of hardware store doesn't have a saw somewhere on the premises that could be used, and as for not cutting anything on the premises, well that beggars belief. I truly hope that I never have to enter the store again.

My wife and I visited Wicks at Roundhay, to look for a new bathroom. We spoke to James, one of the advisers .
He was very friendly and helpful . While helping us to plan our bathroom, James listened to our ideas,and answered any questions we had in a patient,and knowledgeable manner. He also took the time to offer us some good alternative products , based on good customer reviews and aesthetic value. Thank you James for your help. We look forward to having our bathroom fitted.

Love my new kitchen from Wickes. What is potentially a stressful experience was made easier by a good design Simon @Roundhay and a no drama kichen fitter Gabor, who made an amazing job fitting it

Had a great time designing my new bathroom with Simon, when I arrived for the meeting he had ready designed a plan close to what I wanted so it was a matter of just tweaking things to my liking, he took my through my options and gave solid advice. Very excited for my new bathroom!

I was looking for a handrail for my garden steps. I met Karl one of the very helpful people who work in my local Wickes. Karl was so understanding , I recently lost my husband so buying things like this is a bit alien to me. It makes so much difference if, when you need help, you are treated like a valued customer
This is the second time recently I have been into your store and found some extremely nice people.
Thank you Karl though for your help yesterday I really appreciated it.

Sara went above and beyond to help and support with designing my new kitchen. I couldn’t have asked for a better designer. She made the whole process a delight and stress free, ensuring I felt comfortable throughout. I cannot thank her enough for her patience, her time and all the handy tips. She’s an asset to the Wicks team at Roundhay - highly dedicated as well as having a good insight in to her role.

In 23 years of using builders, merchants and DIY suppliers I have had one of the best customer service experiences that I can remember in a long time and it's thanks to Shihida in the Roundhay Road branch. Even before I approached her for assistance, she had a pleasant demeanour. She really went out of her way to find the product that I needed despite the fact that she was in the middle of something. Please employ more people like Shihida.

I was helped by a customer adviser called Aniqa.. Excellent product knowledge and customer service.. Aniqa and the team made the shopping experience a delight

The team at roundhay wickes are absolutely excellent. Always very helpful towards us small business owners.
I fit bathrooms in the local area and use wickes regularly the staff and the managers are all approachable and happy to take the time to offer advice.
It's welcomed and appreciated.

Sara (the design consultant) was very knowledgeable on the products. She was really helpful when looking at the best possible layouts and very patient when we were trying to change designs and add or take things off. She gave her opinion on what would work best without being pushy and made it a very pleasant experience.

Good staff. Ravi extra helpful-his offer to move my unexpectedly heavy bark chippings from pallet to my car was gratefully accepted.

Fantastic help from Karl, the Ops Manager. I needed to order a lot of materials for delivery and was paying using a gift card - he sorted it all, and was friendly and reassuring. Thank you, Karl!
