Wickes took £12k from my mother and step father who are both elderly and have ill health, for a new kitchen and for it to be fitted. Wickes got a contractor to fit the kitchen and he bodged it. Wickes haven't been out to look at it and have ignored all correspondence. This has left my parents living in a half done kitchen and in limbo about getting it finished. Looks like they will have to take them to court to get it put right, which is the most shocking customer service I've ever heard of. Totally unacceptable. They were happy to take their money and up until that point the customer service was outstanding. But afterwards absolutely dire . Wickes you should be ashamed of yourselves!!!!!

Great service
Great service from start to finish. Harry managed to balance the wishes of my tenants and my budget as a landlord without compromising on the design. The kitchen represents very good value for money.

Helpful and attentive staff
Sam helped me with an order I needed to get delivered. She was very patient and attentive. Thanks Sam.
I went to Wickes to get material to board out me loft. They had everything I needed.

Sam was a great help, she went the xtra mile
There was not enough packs of tiles on the display shelf. I asked Sam if she could help. She found the remainder Nd brought them to me. Brilliant service.

Excellence service from knowledgeable staff member
Tahir at the Halifax Branch know everything there is to know about the kitchens he sells, is very helpful and goes the extra mile for the customer.
Excellent, friendly service and I have no hesitation in recommending him.
His colleagues on reception also helpful.

Bought a kitchen at Halifax branch…
Bought a kitchen at Halifax branch ,having it delivered to branch as my house is only accessible by small car to collect my self ,with a plan to choose worktop when units was fitted and could see the whole picture. This all went to plan without any issues.
We then tried to get the worktop in the same way a few weeks later .only to be told NO we cannot do that. Even after explaining the situation, was told we only deliver to your home, seems they was happy to take £1500 for kitchen but a few hundred for work tops wasn't worth it. We got worktop elsewhere so they lost £300worth of business and any future business too
