Fantastic service and ideas from Nadir…

Fantastic service and ideas from Nadir at Wickes, Epsom. We had ideas about our bathroom refurbishment, then Nadir gave us his experienced ideas and recommendations. This all resulted in a perfect look. Nadir was both polite and a gentleman. No pushy sales at all. The team of fitters managed by Aleksandar were brilliant, highly recommended in all areas.

Home solar panel survey

I met with Nadir to see if my home was suitable for solar panels. He couldn't have been more honest and helpful with his feedback. Unfortunately I don't have enough roof space and Nadir didn't try and oversell, he gave clear and honest facts - and some useful advice. It seems rare these days to find people with integrity like this so thank you again Nadir.

We have just had a bathroom refit by Serge and his team, designed by Belal who were all amazing, really friendly and professional, Belal listened to all our suggestions and suggested other things, taking time to go though everything, he was so lovely and helped us achieve our Perfect beautiful bathroom, you are a credit to Wickes who have been great from start to finish, keeping us up to date about deliveries and everyone checking on the progress and help at the other end of the phone, thankyou for a really wonderful experience

I was recommended to speak to Nadir…

I was recommended to speak to Nadir Yousfi from Epsom Wickes for a kitchen project I was starting.
Nadir was incredible from start to finish. He was attentive and helpful in the initial design, walking me through all of the initial designs and giving detailed advice throughout. He spoke directly with my contractor, providing them with the plans, installation advice and working out delivery times.
Nadir was fantastic when he came round. Immediately identifying issues and gave valuable advice on design and suggested some very sensible changes.
Installation isn't due for another few weeks but I imagine I'll be throwing another 5 star review on him and his service at the end of it.
10/10 customer service.

Kitchen design consultation

My partner and I were really looking forward to planning our kitchen with Wickes, but we found the appointment quite difficult. The designer assigned to us didn’t come across as personable and often questioned our decisions and design choices. At one point, it felt as though we needed to ask whether the kitchen was being designed for them or for us.

For example, we were challenged on why we would choose gold handles if we had a chrome tap, which made me, in particular, second‑guess the design we had already thought through and were confident about.

The appointment was also very rushed, with only an hour to go through all the details. On top of that, my personal information was visible on the screen while the designer greeted another customer, which felt highly unprofessional.

Bathroom unit

We recently bought a bathroom unit from Wicke’s in Epsom. Our designer was Nadir Yousfi.
The unit we bought was wonderful, and Nadir did a brilliant job, fitting the units in to the space we had available.
Nadir is very friendly, helpful and answered all questions we had without any problems.
Will strongly recommend Wicke’s for your future bathroom plans.

Had a lovely kitchen designed and…

Disappointing update!!!!
Had a reply, which is great. Unfortunately still no resolution!
On hold for 20 minutes to customer service on Friday I am a nurse so I had to make this call on my break and didn’t have time during the day to waste another 20 minutes for nothing
My Kitchen planner tried, but no one would speak to her regarding the matter. She received an email from the depot telling her they will get back to her.
Absolutely appalling customer service!
What sort of company only allow emails between departments?

Had a lovely kitchen designed and ordered the kitchen. When the kitchen was delivered it was scanned to check everything was present and correct, fool proof!
When the kitchen fitter came to fit we had 3 worktop upstands missing, 1 cupboard and 2 curved doors plus trim.The tall boiler door was also damaged.
Reported this to the store 14 days ago. The delivery depot claim we received all of the kitchen as they scanned the items. Oh but I also have 2 wine racks and an extra set of taps which are a completely different design to the taps I ordered and received.
Obviously, the scanning is incorrect and I am not hiding any missing items.
I am so disappointed with the aftercare service. The planner can only contact the depot via email.
I was told by the manager in Wickes Epsom that this was resolved 3 days ago, but this is not the case.
My fitter has had to move onto another job and I am left with a half finished kitchen.
Looking through the reviews this has happened to other customers.
My previous kitchen was ordered through another well known kitchen supplier and any missing items had been sent immediately. My fitter is working for my builder, but also fits for Wickes. He cannot believe the poor aftercare and the attitude as if he contacts them to report any missing parts they are sent straightaway.
Can anyone advise?

Really pleased with our new bathroom…

Really pleased with our new bathroom from Wickes. Nadir was fantastic in getting the design to where we wanted and he kept us up to date throughout the whole process. We really appreciated all his help, suggestions, practical tips and patience! The installers also did a great job and we’re really happy with how it looks and works. Definitely recommend!

Amazing job from Nadir at Wickes

Nadir at Wickes Epsom did an amazing job designing our kitchen. He took our ideas and combined them together to make a better solution making the most efficient use of our space. Was professional and helpful the whole time and responded to our queries promptly. Gave us lots of advice and explanations. Would highly recommend Nadir. Also delivery of items was as ordered in perfect condition.
