Have been to the new store in Colne, Lancashire four times in the last week as we’re replacing a bathroom and sprucing up our upstairs. The staff are very helpful and friendly and nothing seems to be too much trouble. The prices are very competitive and they seem to have plenty of stock. I’m not in the best of health so being assisted with loading by Chrisie and Daniel was a real bonus. Would recommend and will definitely be back when we start our next project.

Fab, friendly staff

Dylan’s Customer Service
I visited Wickes this morning looking for some advice on paint and needed a little help in the right direction. Dylan was absolutely brilliant! He took the time to show me exactly what I needed and was genuinely interested in what I wanted to achieve. He made the whole experience so easy, enjoyable and stress-free. It’s refreshing to receive such helpful, friendly and attentive customer service. I’ll definitely be returning and couldn’t recommend Dylan’s customer service enough. Really helpful and friendly staff. They successfully helped me to find the correct hinges for my kitchen cupboard doors. Been struggling for months to get the correct ones. Really pleased with having a fully functional kitchen again. Thank you ☺️

Danny listened to exactly what we wanted and somehow managed to design our dream bathroom without us having to speak fluent plumbing. He was incredibly knowledgeable, made us feel completely comfortable, and explained everything so clearly that even we felt like experts for a minute. Couldn’t have asked for better.

I can’t recommend Kim highly enough
I can’t recommend Kim highly enough! From start to finish, she has been fantastic and made the whole process of designing my kitchen and boot room such a positive experience. She really listened to what I wanted, offered great advice and ideas, and was really easy to work with.
Kim’s knowledge, patience and attention to detail have been brilliant, and I’m so grateful for all the time and effort she has put into helping me create my kitchen.

Great friendly service today when we visited the store. We had our paint mixed by Mason who was very helpful and patient with us whilst we decided on the amount we needed. We will definitely back. Thank you.

Lovely welcome as we entered the store. The staff were very helpful, asked if we needed help. Were not to interfering as we were just looking at Kitchens. But gave the right amount of help.

The staff were fantastic (Kelsey) but your ordering/payment system was quite the opposite.
1. I had to pay for goods taken away separately. This was as per normal as one would at any store. So far-so good.
2. When ordering goods for later delivery at another counter, I was unable to pay in the normal electronic way. I normally pay using a device; my phone or watch. A brand new store was not able to cope with mainstream technology and I had to locate my account details + cvv number and read them out. The purchase was not confirmed / responded to, until after I had travelled home.
I want to stress though, that your staff ‘recovered’ the situation for you, though you should not be to surprised as you wonder why potential clients have moved to online purchases.
