Went in wanting a few things, slightly confused. Bumped into an Absolute Gentleman.. pete! Massive praises as he walked around with me and got me everything I needed plus much more. All the staff were friendly and such a good laugh for someone new.

I was at the Bury store early morning around 7.05am. I was served by Abbie who was very sharp and fast, she immediately attended to my order and kept me informed as she processed it and put me at ease and made me feel very welcome. Within minutes of placing a high value order the process was completed to my satisfaction and I was able to leave with happiness. I would strongly recommend her as she was able to handle it perfectly very professionally.

Trip to buy Manure
We visited Wickes, Bury today and we were served by James. What a polite and helpful young man he is and a credit to your organisation. My wife wanted to buy bags of manure (poo!) but we couldn't find the brand she wanted. James whirled into action confirming they were out of stock. He then found an alternative branch that still had stock in and then offered us a suitable alternative Levington product that met our needs perfectly. All in all a 5 star review and well done to James for ensuring his customers left the store happy!!

I’m doing renovations on my garden. Wickes is just around the corner. Every time I have been in the staff are friendly, and very attentive. The store is well stocked with everything I needed.

Been to Wicks in Bury to buy paint.
Been to Wicks in Bury to buy paint.
Was able to buy some colours off the shelf but needed two colours to be mixed.
Spoke to an extremely helpful member of staff, James. He explained the procedure and the price and checked that we were happy. We were. James mixed the paint and also said if we needed more of the same to take a photo of the sticker that he put on the tin and we would get the exact match. Very helpful plus the paint was on offer.
Didn't wait long and very good service from James.

A member of staff at the Bury site named Jack was so helpfull with a purchase which you did not have in stock, enabling for me to have home delivery.
He was efficient and went out of his way to sort my purchase out.
A credit to the bury store who will get many return customers.
