I was greeted and served this morning by Meghan who was very polite and helpful and her happy mood set me up for the day.

Purchased a kitchen from the Bridgend branch, Colin McQueen, the Designer, couldn't have been more helpful.
Colin's knowledge of kitchen design, guided us through the purchase and gave us what we wanted after suggesting various options we hadn't considered.
Thanks Colin for all your help.

Gwens service was outstandingly

Called into store to order a bathroom. Collin who designed it for me was so helpful and very friendly. Laura who was at the checkout who served me with other items was amazing too. Great customer service. Both a credit to the store

Bought bags of Ballast to go under a gravel parking area. These were a complete waste of money. Not ballast in my mind as they are 80% sand. Ballast should be stone based as is B&Q’s product. Far better. I dug out and binned two bags and two bags returned

Excellent help and guidance from Dylan L . Built my order and delivery schedule, with additional savings on the gravel with bulk buy.

The design appointment was seamless. From beginning to end Colin was inviting and knowledgeable.
He designed us the most beautiful kitchen and unbelievably good value.

Bridgend branch is always our go to store. Very helpful staff.

I visited the Bridgend store to ask if they could help for any donations to a local school for our outdoor learning project. (Odd items)
The staff helped me complete the community form, so lovely and even took me round store helping to get best value for the amount alowed!!!
So then after a month or so I contacted them to see if successful. New store manager Ian was wonderful. He sorted everything and donated resources we were desperate for. He went above and beyond with helping us recieve everything we chose plus the amount we had will go a long way to support throught the classes.
We cannot express how much we appreciate it. So thank you again Ian and staff from all the children at school who will now be able to learn and explore fully. We will send you photos soon. Legend!!

Great staff, always helpful and Megan on the till is very pleasant and friendly.

Your assistant, Kirsten, was extremely helpful in locating the product I required together with helping me pay by phone- something I rarely do!

Two staff at point of sale were super helpful today, particularly Gwen who opened my tradepro account. Prices on lots of items were already cheaper the competition before we get trade discount.

A lady called Gwen was at the checkout in Bridgend and she couldn't have been more helpful. I was buying the wrong saw for the job I was doing and she directed me towards the right one without making me feel stupid. Enormously helpful.

My first experience buying a kitchen and I was a bit apprehensive. Then I spoke to Colin, my kitchen designer. He was absolutely wonderful and easy to talk to. With a fairly small budget which he understood he made me fill like I had a large budget. The process was very easy and kitchen was good quality. Thanks wicks and especially Colin.

The team couldn't do enough for us. Ordering the exact item we needed and service with a Happy positive attitude. We love coming to your Bridgend branch.
