I use wickes in many locations as I am a tradesman and they always stock what I need at very reasonable prices.

My experience today in the Bletchley store was superb. There were certain items I couldn’t find in store and William who works in the store was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble for him. It made a huge difference by someone actually enjoying and wanting to do their job to help customers. That’s why I decided to leave a review as I was others led by this man’s example.

Fantastic experience with the installation of our new kitchen. From the great design by Jamie Matcham in Bletchley branch (the only designer who came up with the best design) , felt that he understood what we wanted and talked us through the whole process. Leon the builder was excellent as well, he always communicated with us and we always knew what was going on. He was very tidy and great attention to detail. The final kitchen looks amazing and great value for money.

Our new Wickes kitchen! A very professional approach by Oliver Hawkins of Wickes to the design of our kitchen, which took into account our needs and preferences. Andrew James kitchens, our installer, was excellent and made several helpful suggestions. The work was completed on time and were very pleased with the end result.

Lewis at the Bletchley store; lovely young lad and very helpful, friendly and went out of his way for me. I'm old enough to be his grandmother and us oldies usually get ignored unless we are flashing our money around. Big up for the oldies and thanks Lewis.

Was really great I could bring the dog with me. When I rang to check this, was easy to get through. In store, all staff were really friendly and helpful across the store. Store had everything I needed and again staff on checkout were super helpful.

Paid for a saw to be delivered never got delivered and been waiting 10 days for a refund

Bought a full kitchen from Wickes and paid for them to install. Whole process start to finish was a nightmare. Quote for additional work was significantly different to final price. Issue with Electrical work which I reported to our designer - complaint sent straight to kitchen fitter (3rd party) who clearly wasn't impressed I complained. Had to fight to escalate to Area Manager who very reluctantly got someone else to come and look. Whole electrics needed to be replaced (kitchen had already been plastered) so hugely disruptive and meant we had no kitchen for a further 10 days. Didn't hear from the area manager again not even a check in after they left me with a kitchen fitter who had to pay for the electrical rework so was even more unhappy with me. Finally received today a refund for a damaged radiator that I have spent the last four months chasing. Really poor customer service would not recommend

Visited the Bletchley store and was served by Jordan. I needed to buy some wood planks and weed control membrane. Jordan was extremely helpful - he helped us measure the wood planks and cut the planks so they would fit in the car. He also helped us the best membrane to buy. Great customer service - thank you Jordan!

I used wickes since I started my business in 2021. The staffs are always cheerful and helpful especially click and collect service. Everyday I placed order before I sleep, the next early morning I will have all my items ready near the front door. If the order was big Lewis will help me to push multiple trolleies to the car park and loaded it into my van.

Came in earlier this morning having ideas for a plan of how to diy some bits around the house, I showed Luka the assistant who helped me some photos and he brought me to the products I needed for repairing my door frames around the house, recommending new hinges to replace my old rusted ones, sand paper and caulk to repair all of the cracks in the old paint and recommendations for which finish to use when at the end of the product. Very happy with the finished product and wouldn’t have had a clue without any help. Great customer service and in and out the store very quick and efficiently.
