Nice enough people but are not proactive in their approach to sellers. Failed to generate any interest in our property despite being hugely marked down on valuations.

Property was left with them for several weeks, no interest generated at all, property value 350k advertised at 290k..........

Inherited a house, it sold twice but both times the mortgage company would not lend money on it, it was not mortgageable. So turned to the auction company to sell it. Got a decent offer before auction so decided to take it. I think it only took about 2/3 to have the money in my bank account, very quick service. This is the first time I have ever been through the auction process, Whoobid kept me well informed about the offers I had received and gave some good advice on which one to take. I would highly recommend them.

Beware beware beware inconsiderate company. My parents put an offer on a property after it didnt sell via auction, 45k on a retiremeht flat. my dads was feeling unwell at the time and developed a hoarse voice that the gp put down to a virus so they paid the auction fee. Within days his health deterioated further and fearing the worst they had to pull out of the sale within a week or so - so last moments could be spent in the home the had lived in for 25 years. It was then confirmed as a very large mass in his chest, with masses in kidneys, brain and lymphoma. You would think whoobid would refund the auction fee in these circumstances but DOUG at whoobid in bournemouth just ignores us. Heartless!!!! My parents could use that money for a lot of things in this last stages of my dads precious life.

I’ve used these guys for both buying and selling. The aftercare for post sale was super impressive and very valuable to me. I will continue to use Doug and his team for both buying and selling.
