arrived quickly and everything i ordered was there. Everything was nicely packed and arrived in nice shape. thats very reliable. I would only ask the handling charge to be remove. Isnt this built into your pricing? It has stopped me from buying before.

I’ve been shopping with WSP for over 10 years and never had a single issue with my orders until now. I ordered a 1 lb bottle of preservative along with some fragrance oils. When the box arrived, I noticed the cap on the preservative wasn’t sealed, so it had leaked. It wasn’t a huge spill, but I lost about 3 oz out of the 16 oz bottle (roughly 1/5 of it).

Since I’d never had to contact customer service before, it took me a minute to realize I could just email them. I reached out asking about an even exchange. In less than 24 hours they replied saying they were sending a replacement and that I didn’t need to return the partially leaked bottle. They explained they typically replace based on the amount lost, reassured me the remaining product was completely safe to use, and said the replacement was already being processed.
Less than a week later I received an 8 oz bottle to cover what I lost.

I can’t say enough how grateful and impressed I am with their customer service. The communication was fast, the turnaround was excellent, and the fact that this was my very first issue after almost 11 years of loyal shopping says a lot.

Wonderful products great timing on shipment

I've been searching for a "grass like" scent for a year now. I was trying to get close to the original Herbal essence shampoo smell. The Meadow Grass and Wildflowers came the closest. With the addition of some Bergamot and a little ylang ylang I nailed it. Now I will be buying the bigger amount. Love this company!

We've tried five different M&P soap bases so far, and they've all been exactly as represented. The delivery is prompt and the price fair. What's not to like?!
