We developed a custom WHMCS OnePagecheckout module from them. It worked all well when they developed for a specific WHMCS and PHP version. When we asked for some alterations/customizations they ask you for additional charges. Asking additional charge is not an issue but time to deliver is very poor. There is no timeline they mention and we need to followup. The product is not delivered on time and expected functionalities are not upto the mark. They don't try to fix the issue instead they put blame on other modules/gateways.

Well, I'm using the Smarters IPTV Module And custom Apps. They did great work on my custom apps and delivered great products to me. Works great!!

Wow, stay far away form WHMCS Smarters. I ordered something, they didn't deliver it and they kept my money. Massive fraud going on, they're scamming people. I tried to message them multiple times but they do not respond. They took my money and ran and I am not happy.

Does not even deserve one star. Service is terrible. Replies to tickets take three days or more. After struggling for a month to sign up with them, I gave up. They do not even read tickets properly.

Do not use this company for anything, you will regret it.

I ordered for the wrong module, i ask for refund they wont refund me they are making me pay $133.

Do not use these thieves.
Take your money tell you excuses about anything and the product they supply they would not repair or correct...
