I have used Whitegates to manage numerous properties since 2016 and they have always been spot on. Very professional and a pleasure to deal with.

Whitegates are nothing but a pleasure to deal with. Professional from start to finish. Could not fault any dealings I have had with them over the years, especially with my recent property sale where the staff communication was efficient and I was kept updated regularly throughout in the friendliest of manners from all. Highly recommend 5*

Just completed on a sale with Whitegates. Have used them on several sales over the years and have found them to be great each time.

James the Manager handled our sale this time and was fantastic from start to finish even accommodated late viewings etc due to our work commitments. I found him and his team to be very professional and approachable.

My buyer also commented on how good our estate agent was.

I would certainly recommend them to anyone including friends and family.

The whole team are amazing. James is a wonderful, really welcoming and supportive. Great advice when it comes to selling houses. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

The manager James at the Bootle Whitegates will always get mine, friends and family recommendation as a man who gets things done. I sold and bought in one with him and it was plain sailing with James and his team taking all the stress and worry out of the whole experience. James is a true gentleman who knows everything that needs to be done and he kept me updated throughout. I can’t praise James and the team enough Thankyou so much.

Always dealt with Whitegates with my properties and James, Tom and the team have always been helpful. Not sure where the negative reviews come from! Very easy to slander a company however I couldn’t recommend Whitegates enough!

Bought a house from James and the team, couldn't of asked for better service especially when other agents have treated me like 2nd class .

Deffo owe use a drink and if I ever need to buy again or sell I'll be in touch.

Contacted Whitegates for a mortgage valuation. From the get go the team have been welcoming and very helpful. Provided all the information we needed. Would definitely recommend James and his team!

Worked with James and had a great experience. He was very knowledgeable and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the whole process.

The team in whitegates bootle have been amazing, im currently renting a house from them, and all checks are done on time.
Previously i was with a different estate agents which i had a bad experience with.
So its really refreshing to have an estate agents and landlord care about their tenants and property, and not just about the money. Would definitely recommend this company to any one who is looking to rent.
