Concerned, that the delivery truck had only the driver. Your firm should adhere to health and safety regulations. The moving of heavy appliances should not be limited to one person.
As regards the appliance, I am pleased with it. It does lack an interior light. The door has to be opened using both hands. It is unclear whether it is frost free. Time will tell.
No guidance as to the "shelf life" of food frozen. Other freezers have them on the inside of the door.
Or a booklet could be provided.
The upper fast freezing sections are great. The storage space for frozen foods is great. To improve the product, maybe clip on labellers could be attached to the drawers. And small LED lights within would assist greatly.

The machine did not work. I contacted whitebox who said I needed to speak to the supplier. I spoke to the supplier who said I needed to speak to whitebox. I spoke to whitebox again, and finally they said they would speak to the supplier to arrange a replacement. This took so long, that I said I didn't want the replacement. I'd order elsewhere. I had a message to say they would pick it up last Monday. Monday & Tuesday came and went, no pick up & therefore no refund. I hassled them on Tuesday. They promised to phone Wednesday- no phonecall. I have a message saying it will be picked up today. No idea if that will happen. They will not refund until they pick up (yet they can't seem to get it picked up) so I can't get my money back. Three weeks on, from ordering. they have my money & I have a broken machine. Do not buy from these people unless you can deal with rubbish service if things go wrong.
Update: Machine was not picked up. We left it outside the door all day, and were home all day. Still waiting. A new message to say it will be today. I doubt it!

Although the website stated it was available for delivery they emailed me the following day to say it was out of stock.Turns out all retailers were waiting for delivery of this model from Indesit(I tried them all).I decided to wait and was kept informed of the progress of my order.They phoned me when it became available to arrange a delivery date.It was delivered on time in a 3 hour slot and is working as expected.I would use this company again without hesitation.Cheapest price I could find and they don't take payment until the order has been delivered.Great service.Thanks.

They delivered as e pelted, however seemed in a rush and just asked where I wanted it and left it there complete with packaging we were told would be removed., Sign this and gone....,

I live in France, bought the kitchen over with me not knowing that France does not (or didn't) do double ovens. The first oven lasted 5 years and then the bottom oven broke, not worth repairing with postage and in a panic how to replace. Neighbours opposite own a gite and were coming over in 5 days, original company now out of business and Google found me the Whitebox Europe site, I ordered online, they offered me delivery options and it was delivered to the neighbours home in UK the next day and brought over and installed all within 5 days, it is a wonderful looking double over and I am over the moon with the ovens and the company, cannot recommend them enough.

Tell driver not to fool customer

I had been looking for a retailer who could confirm a 2-man delivery for a washing machine which needed to be delivered up a flight of stairs. I had heard of cases where this had been requested but had not happened on the day, and deliveries had been turned away when a one-man delivery could not be safely carried out.
They were quick to respond to a pre-purchase inquiry and reassured me that this was possible. As the product was being delivered direct from the manufacturer they then contacted them at the point of order to ensure they were aware of this requirement. They then emailed me a confirmation of this, along with the order confirmation.
Nothing was automated, it was a personal service.
Coupled with a good product range and pricing I would use them again, and have recommended them to a friend.
As promised, the washing machine was delivered up a flight of stairs without complaint by the two-man team from Indesit, so credit to them too.

I ordered a fridge over 3 weeks ago and after I made the payment,I was not told the fridge is out of stock until 2 days later I was then sent an email saying it will be a week delayed ......now I have reached the end of my 3rd week and still no fridge and they don't even know when it will be delivered.

The product was delivered at the correct time.It was well packaged.
Overall an excellent outcome.Thank you.

Could've fault the product but I had no choice of delivery date when ordering. Took two phone calls to sort out which is ok if you are at home all day. I gave instructions for the delivery driver to ring next door when he was on his way but this was ignored. Having said this the item was a lot cheaper than anywhere else I tried. Would buy from them again purely because of price.

We ordered a new Hotpoint washing machine from Whitebox. Their communication was excellent and so was the speed of delivery. We wanted to change the day the machine was delivered and we were able to organise this with no fuss by text.
