I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Weyron.

The sales process was very quick and positive. I was told that the Weyron Grand-Serenity 8D A.i was their best model, that the quality was “extraordinary”, and that the chair was made in the UK with Japanese components. I purchased the chair for £7,000, including delivery and setup, expecting a premium product and a premium level of customer service.

Unfortunately, the experience after delivery has fallen far below that standard. Issues were raised almost immediately after delivery, including concerns about the screen and the calf massage function. The calf massage remained extremely weak despite following the instructions given, including changing settings, using the suggested programme, lowering the footrest, turning on calf rollers/kneading, and increasing the air intensity.

Rather than receiving a clear and prompt resolution, I was told an engineer visit may be needed and that a pipe may be twisted, but arranging this became unnecessarily difficult. I was later told the job would be put on a waiting list, and when an engineer was proposed, the appointment depended on their scheduled route rather than a clear, customer-focused time. I was even asked whether someone else, such as a neighbour could open the door - wholly inappropriate

When I asked for the chair to be collected and refunded, I was told I was outside the 14-day return period. That was particularly frustrating because my complaint was not simply that I had changed my mind — I had raised issues with the product very early on - within the 14 days

For a product sold as a premium massage chair, and at this price point, the after-sales support has been very disappointing. A premium product should be matched by clear communication, practical support, and a reliable resolution process. Sadly, my experience with Weyron has not reflected the standards promised during the sales process.

Fabulous welcome, the product demonstrated cheerfully and with great patience, all questions answered. I purchased the product there and then.

We bought a Weyron massage chair six years ago and have been using it regularly with very good benefits to our physical wellbeing. We’ve decided to upgrade and Daniel has been very helpful in deciding which one to choose and offered us a very good deal with part exchange of our current one.

I enjoyed my experience testing different massage chairs. Daniel was professional, friendly and attentive to my needs. I have chosen Grand Royal massage chair because of it medical and therapeutic benefits. I would highly recommend Weyron massage chairs.

Very disappointed with this chair having spent thousands on a chair after 5 years it started making a very loud sound and vibrated badly. They came to repair it and still the same. They just told us to use it in a certain position this is not the service i would expect.
We had a Sanyo Massage chair for 20 years which my friend still has and its still in good condition.
Truly disappointed.

I tried the Weyron Grand-Serenity 8D massage chair and was pleasantly impressed so I bought one.

Great customer service from start to finish. We visited the showroom yesterday with my partner, and Sara took the time to show us all the massage chairs in detail. She clearly explained how each one works, the differences between models, and helped us understand which options would suit our needs best.

She was knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy, which we really appreciated. We felt comfortable asking questions and trying everything properly. Overall, a very professional and helpful experience. Highly recommended.

I visited showroom at Hammersmith. Got demonstration of several models, and ordered Coocoon II, can’t wait to get it delivered

First off I'm not Ai.Im really happy with the chair I purchased the Weyron Cocoon massage chair and the quick, efficient shipping. Everything was in great condition on arrival and installation by the Weyron engineers was first class. I was also impressed with communication emails I received making sure everything was to my satisfaction from explaining all the different functions to helping me specify the chair. Im 6 weeks in now using the chair and seeing great improvement's in my mobility, sleep and generally overall feeling fantastic. I would highly recommend the guys and chairs at Weyron.

Love WEYRON massage chairs. Full of features and the quality really is outstanding

Update: instead of taking responsibility for their poor service, the company is trying to get my review down, claiming it’s coming from a bot. It is not - it is a genuine review which reflects 100% our experience.

This also makes me think that they must have been taking down other unflattering reviews, and only keeping the 5-star ones (which may not be real reviews at all).

This company is a total scam. The pictures on the website do not reflect the reality - the colors are edited. They charge £200 for returns, and there is a catch - once you see a model in a shop, regardless of the color, they absolutely refuse returns. How I wish I never had to deal with these people. Please take all necessary precautions.

Absolutely love this chair. We recently had to contact customer service as something wasn't working. They came today and it was absolutely outstanding service. Plus we got few more tips on the what programs are what. Highly recommend this company.

Chair delivered with care, and it is amazing to use! Operating the screen may appear to be complicated at first, but after a couple of uses it is very simple to operate. My family loves it!

You may wonder why it has taken me this long to review our Wayron Cocoon 2 4D massage chair.

Well that’s because it is so relaxing you don’t want to get out of it, OMG amazing.

We had been thinking about a massarge chair for a while and tried a demonstration of a different brand which made us think you only want to invest once, so after a few calls talking to Daniel at head office in Milton Keynes who was very helpful, he recommend a couple of chairs to look at so we decided to visit the Hammersmith showroom and was looked after by a very professional young lady called Lorena, she was able to answer all our questions and demonstrate any chair.

Delivery was fast and again very professional, the two guys were helpful and the instillation was smooth.

We are still learning all the programes of the chair as we have only had it a couple of weeks but we are already feel the benefits, especially after a day in the garden picking up leaves then a hot bath and a relaxing massage, you get the best nights sleep ever.

Honestly we would recommend Wayron and its helpful team all day long, no pressure and vey professional.

We did make the correct choice!

Owned one of the chairs for over 11 years and its been fantastic.
We recently had an issue with the lead to the remote control (one of the kids broke the connector) and so we put a call in to customer support to see what our options were. Oana and colleagues could not have been more helpful - provided a solution really quickly and we were back up and running again within a few days.
Great products and fabulous customer service - highly recommend!!
