Our loan officer was very good in finding a loan that fit our needs. My only complaint is after the loan funded a week ago, we are getting several pieces of mail and emails and texts saying we need to contact them regarding our loan that they have already sold to another company. I call and it was a recorded bot for mortgage insurance. I hung up and then get someone calling me asking if they could help me. I told them I wasn't interested and he sounded surprised. Getting the loan was good, the after..... kind of annoying
