I told the gentleman I was speaking to that I did not want to pay off my credit card with TD Bank as it was a zero percent credit card and he said it could be taken off in the end which it was not. Also I wnated to dotthe rate at 7.20 percent and it was done for 7.7 percent

I could not have had a worse experience with yours transaction. The communication by the loan office was non existent and I was given no information on the transaction that should have taken 30-45 days and instead FINALLY closed after almost 4 months. I will never do business with them again. They totally dropped the ball and I never received an apology.
