Assured that my car would be cared for whilst in their garage, I was in no doubt that this would be the case, how wrong could I be.
After handing over £3000 for the necessary work that was agreed, they handed back my car with grease on the interior cream carpet and cream door seals. Obviously no protection was used to protect my precious car.
Whilst I had no problem paying for the work that had been done, I was absolutely appalled that they could hand my car back in such a condition. The level of care that was not given does not give me any confidence in the mechanical repairs that I cannot see under the bonnet or under the car.
This is a Jaguar/Land Rover authorised main dealership, I expected much better.

A guy called Charlie was very helpful once and then completely ghosted me. We spoke about me coming a very long way to buy the car and and he understood and offered a lift from the train station. But come the day before he ignored my calls and text and the main number rang out every time. The saving grace for me is not travelling four hours to get ghosted at the wrong end at least

We both agreed if problem could not be resolved I’d exercise my consumer rights act 2015 and return the car rejected the car however this organisation is now making my life difficult and not pleasant and not playing ball
Josh sold me the car well over price in my opinion and Ellis is his manager personally I’d avoid like the plague nice to sell you a car however after they have been rude that’s the manager Ellis

Do not trust West Motors, Cal, Ollie Khan or any of them sales men. They missold me my finance agreement and made me take out there finance agreement at 15% at the last minute when I already told them had one in place at 6.9% by demanding an extra £500 on the day I went to complete the deal and pick car up! And then they forced me to take out their 2y warranty to fix so many issues (£2k worth!!) at "their garage" when the car legally came with 3months warranty (all cars sold do by law come with this so dont take out extra warranty, only after 3 months) which is what they should have used! To add insult to injury they didnt even fix the problems, pretended and lied they had fixed problems and then tried to charge me £800 for it when its clear they hadnt!!! Criminal!! West motors are complete con artists and i have proof from other duped clients. Do not go anywhere near them but it seems they've gone bust now which says a lot - rip off, bodge it and leg it people!!

One of the worst experience ever... very nad attitude with the staffs... i enquired about a car and was not able to reapond back as i was doing night shift and sleeping in the morning... even when i msged id call them back, they kept on calling me disturbing my sleep... i hence blocked their number, but they stared calling from a private number and when I picked the call they informed me that they will keep on calling me till I buy a car from them.... Troubling a customer is not customer service... this has gone very far.... If this is their attitude i can just imagine how they are going to respond omce if I buy a car from them..
Looks like they are very desperate to sell off their cars ( dont know why )... even id they have to disturb someone who is not interested to bug anything from them...

I bought my Land Rover over a month ago , the car specs were different from the one advertised especially full service history , last service was done over a year ago with over 12K miles and Car was 5 seater instead of 7 according to the advertised. Anyway , I liked the car so bought it
I was literally forced to take out the warranty and breakdown cover for 3 years which was about 3K but costed me even more as the 500 pounds VAT was added to that and the interest charge due to it being added on the hire purchase (finance).
I realised few days later that the total amount would be much higher so I decided to call them requesting to remove the warranty but I was bombarded with lots of weird questions and I was told it wouldn’t be possible to cancel it but I insisted that I’m cancelling within 14 days so it shouldn’t be a problem but I was told by Muanis that I need to cancel the whole application which mean returning the vehicle . I was shocked by this nonsense, I told him that he was wrong and there is no way I will return the vehicle because I already spent some money on the car service so why should I return it .
Muanis wasn’t helpful at all , he was very kind when I purchased the vehicle but a totally different personality afterwards. He wouldn’t answer to my emails , messages and wouldn’t take the calls , kept playing games . I called the company probably more than 20 times , it was so frustrating. Finally, they had to cancel the warranty then they were very late replying to the finance company to liaise with them to adjust the payment plan. I had been waiting for so long and even still waiting to hear back from the finance company to adjust my total payment plan accordingly after I cancelled the warranty.
I also had problem with the logbook not being received after 6 weeks so had to call the DVLA , they suggested I should contact the dealership and also better to submit V62 form which I did because Muanis told me that he missed to send the logbook to the dvla . It was still sitting on his desk . He is unbelievable.
I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone, please never take warranty from the dealership because they will add it to the finance agreement which will include VAT and extra interest so better to pay the full cash payment to purchase the warranty if necessary and read the terms and conditions.

This company sold me a faulty Range Rover and they knew it.
They gave me a courtesy car to use while claiming they were fixing the Range Rover I had purchased from them,
Even the courtesy car stopped working after a couple of days.
When they returned the Range Rover to me after 6 weeks of them claiming it was been worked on with their Mechanics,
It still didn’t work !
At this stage I asked for my money back.
They refused to refund me,
They ignored my emails and calls for months on end..
Thankfully they refunded me in full but this was only as they knew I was taking them to court!!!
DON’T BUY FROM THIS PLACE
I bought my first car a month ago and there were some problems with the car. Getting them to sort was such a hassle they would not respond for weeks on end only responded when i threatened to cancel my finance. Now the car was in for repairs for nearly 2 an half weeks and none the repairs have been completed. I called to check in haven’t been able to get through but found out the company is in liquidation?? Avoid at all costs as I can’t pick up my car now no one is responding

I had a very negative experience with this company. I purchased a car from them, but it had multiple issues. It was difficult to communicate with them and they were unwilling to resolve the problems. They have taken possession of my vehicle and stated that they would accept it and have sent me a refund. However, they have now gone into liquidation and are instructing me to collect my vehicle before Friday at 12:00 PM or they will sell it.

Extremely disappointing service. The sales team made plenty of promises when selling the car, but their after-sales service has been very poor. They do not answer calls or provide service appointments, despite guaranteeing this at the time of purchase. We have also been paying for a 3-year warranty, which has been of no use.
On top of that, I bought the car in September 2024, but the dealer failed to notify the DVLA to issue the V5. We only discovered this a year later in September 2025, when we checked online and found the last V5 was still showing as issued in 2020 — even though we purchased in 2024.
When I raised the issue with the team last week, they refused to let me speak to the salesperson (claiming he had left the company) and instead told me to report the matter to the police. During the call, the staff member even hung up on me.
This feels very dishonest and unprofessional. I would strongly advise against buying from this dealer, as their promises appear to be just sales tactics. Very poor experience, and I cannot recommend them.

1. I found this used car on Autotrader. They didn't mention that it only came with one key, and the salesperson, who claimed to have over 10 years of experience, didn't mention this either. He should have known this during the test drive, but didn't tell us until after I paid! What a scam!
That day, he tried to find the car keys, saying they might have been locked somewhere and couldn't get them since it was a Saturday. He then demanded a £100 refund from the manager as an apology and said he would look for them the following Monday. He told me they would make a duplicate if they couldn't find them. When nothing was found on Monday, he told me to get a duplicate key myself, but they wouldn't pay because they had already refunded the £100. They should have known the cost of a duplicate key, which would cost £400-500! They're so irresponsible! They promise things but never deliver.
2. They collect money quickly and offer no after-sales service, which is why they prioritize selling insurance over cars. Be wary of this company.
