I recently purchased a car from Wembley Prestige Cars. After just 5 weeks of having the car it broke down.
After what was thought to be just a clutch issue turned out to be far worse. It soon transpired the car was in fact dangerous and not road worthy. The issues discovered had been picked up in an MOT carried out in 2018, yet it would seem these issues were not addressed.
The dealership tried to fob me off (I’m thinking as I’m a woman), until I made it clear I would pursue it legally.
I was also declined a test drive the day I purchased the vehicle (lesson learned).
The staff were rude and after discussions lasting more than a week, they eventually agreed to pay most of the repairs, as well as refund the cost of the car and my deposit.
It is only by sheer luck that when I broke down, the usually busy road was quiet, meaning I avoided having what could’ve been a very serious accident.

Bottom line…. Avoid like the plague we have just been subjected to! I would not recommend this company! If you must use them, take your own trusted mechanic at the very least!

I rarely leave reviews, but have to commend the guys at Wembley prestige cars . Their levels of customer service are superb, nothing is too much trouble.
We purchased a lovely clean and well serviced VW 'Up' for our daughter's birthday. The guys fast tracked the prep of the car and kindly delivered the vehicle to us the following day!
They also have a Huge choice of stock on the forecourt.
Would certainly recommend Wembley prestige cars from our experience. Thank you Guys 5 Stars

Somebody has to send them in the court and to teach them how to behave with the customers who they relying on. They are not car dealer but mockeries and lies makers

I don’t know where bad reviews coming from I’ve been dealing with wembley prestige cars for the last 18 years all my family bought many different cars from them they are the dealer who cares about there customers and I must say they are very professional at what they doing I got my new car few days ago from them as I p.x my old car no issues what so ever highly Recommended .

Unprofessional couldn’t care less if I bought the car or not didn’t explain or show us anything was uninterested. Took the car for a drive and the handbrake wasn’t working. So tried to sell us a broken dangerous car. After being approached about it they said the things we picked up would be fixed but only AFTER we paid a deposit.. who pays for a car you know is broken? And what dealership tires to sell a car with problems? Wembley prestige that’s who.. highly unprofessional untrustworthy.. wouldn’t bother go to a better dealership elsewhere. How they treat customers is just awful.. like they are doing YOU a favour even though your the one spending your hard earned money. Not recommended.

I bought a car from this company I Part exchanged my perfectly working vehicle only because it was a diesel and I needed a petrol due to the ultra low emissions they sold me a lemon they Jet wash engines which is bad they use secondhand parts to fix serious problems I tried to take the car back within 24 hours of purchase they tell lies they told me my car had gone to the
scrapyard and I would need to pay £250 to get it back I feel they Seriously scammed me for my car. The car I bought from them Suffered multiple problems No Oil bad spark plugs bad coil packs no power steering fluid vibration coming from the steering wheel Which is strange because it did not show the symptoms on the journey home only when sitting on my drive in idle long story short do not trust this company They’re all about the money and they use religion a lot to comfort you I.e I swear to God the car is good Well I swear to God too do not trust this company.

You hid & stole my car from me
You pressured me Out of my statutory rights in under 24 hours
You tell lies
You put me out of pocket
You are time waster & scam artists
I found my stolen car by you being sold by you three days after the fact
I still do not have a car to this day
You flipped me on to public transport
And I am tired for not having a car because of you

You have the audacity to put the Lemon car back up for sale When it belongs in scrap

Anyone considering buying cars from these rogue traders must record for evidence purposes So you have concrete proof when things go wrong because they will. Report them to trading standard’s and the ombudsman and take them to small claims Court to show them how it feels to be financially out of pocket

your generic replies I.e ( dear customer we are sorry you feel this way ) That just does not cut it we are growing people we have kids and family’s to provide for And your bad manners and bad behaviour along with bad service is not acceptable
