Application is a pice of cake. Customer service was superb. If there’s a catch.... I haven’t found it yet. It might be a bit more expensive than the larger companies, but there’s no contract and no hefty fees for leaving early and, best of all, it’s a weekly rolling payment schedule.

Poor service
Poor service, the staff are rude and wouldn't recommend anyone going with them. My broadband gone down twice now and they don't rush to get it sorted either. I've gone two weeks at a time without any Internet and they make excuses up. The staff aren't understanded at all and everytime I phone they don't want to help. I do regret going with this company, probably only had Internet for a month since we been with them and that saying something. They treat there customers like dirt and staff need training on how to be nice on the phone. Definitely don't go with this company if your looking for broadband, go elsewhere...... Such a poor service, rude staff and awful company.
