Tricked me with what they would pay
Tricked me with what they would pay, but at least they pay something. Phone was clearly sold as faulty, so it’s a bit harsh to lower the price by more than £60.

Assessment of phone condition to verify complied with your quotation was carried very quickly and payment received without delay. Kept informed from from placing of order to receipt of payment. I sent off a Samsung S21 phone after…
I sent off a Samsung S21 phone after obtaining a quotation of £108. This item was in excellent condition. Company contacted me once they received it to say they could only offer £20 as it was not as described. I asked for it to be returned to me. The next day they upped their offer to £35. It was declined and asked again for the item to be returned to me. Once received i took the item to local CEX store and got the full £108 for it! Cant help thinking its a scam they do to get the handsets for less money

Selling my phone was easy and quick
The website was very clear. They sent a pack for me to return my phone and receipt was confirmed the next day. They also paid money into my account the same day. I was very impressed with the speed of the process.

Not going to lie had abit of…
Not going to lie had abit of frustrating at the beginning abit of back and fourth which was confusing but then Steve finally phoned me, we had chat which I appreciate and he explained what had gone wrong and it was sticky situation what had happened so honoured the price given originally, fair play to Steve wanting to resolve the issue, so thank you for that. Overall one of the better companies to trade in, there was some mistakes but a phone call goes along way.

Don’t expect 100% of what they offer online!
Easy pack received from them to post phone.
However a lower score as they knocked 25% off agreed price due to a scratch that wasn’t visible to the naked eye!
So I knocked 40% off their score! Ha
Very smooth transaction money wise though.

Quoted £44 for my iPhone, it was in immaculate condition. They said the LCD was damaged and offered £8!
Returned phone and I took to local shop who gave me £55.

Fab service no hassle easy process money was in bank within 24hrs of me posting my old phone to them paid what they offered (not easy to come by a great trade company as most company’s try and make excuses to pay you less than agreed) … Will definitely use again. Thank you for a great service..

Agreed a value for a faulty/ broken phone. The phone had a faulty camera. Then they cut the agreed price by 60-70% because it’s faulty….. although the price was for a faulty/ broken phone?
