Unfortunately there is no option for no stars. Avoid this company at all costs. I have now been waiting 19 days for my order. Nowhere on the website does it state it will take this long. When I emails to chase this up I was told they had been dispatched and to track it. Tracking doesnt even give an estimated delivery date. Diabolical company

Do not use this company. I ordered some prints from them and it was meant to be delivered within a week, but it took three weeks when it was way beyond the project deadline. I told them to give me a refund and they refused it.

Company is misleading because they claim on the site to be a UK company they are not, and are in Spain. Order was supposed to be delivered within 3 days with priority. Only for it to be stuck in spain for over a week, then it was shiped back an forth between the same city's now 20 days later still not delivered and they refuse a refund. Make shore you pay with PayPal or credit card if you use this company, they can claim your money back for you. PayPal got me my money back from them.

Had to order from a different company because there was no other choice.

2 weeks ago I ordered some colour printing. Only 10 sheets. Shocked to see the order dispatched from SPAIN after a week. Even more exciting is seeing the journey through tracking through spain, reaching UK customs... then BACK TO SPAIN. I wonder which country my order will visit next.

Waste of time and money. UK website but dispatches from Spain. Delivery times are a complete lie.

I had the sort of experience you hope for from an overseas seller: delivery within 8 days of ordering these hard-to-find bic re’new ballpoint pen refills at £2 per pack plus £4 flat rate shipping, much better value than the £6- £10 per pack price you often see .
I was aware that, from general consensus, the only way of getting a refund is be paying by debit card and opening a case with your bank if the seller lets you down, as they are frequently known to do. But as it turned out, i didn’t have any issues.

They are based in Spain. The delivery took 2-3 weeks. I had ordered incorrectly so had to return them. I packaged them up with the necessary customs documents - major aggro - then sent them by Evri.
They were returned in exactly the same state with no explanation from Webcartridge or customs.
I won't be using them again.

Paid for priority shipping as needed for an exam. Order then turned up later than standard shipping. Contact customer service who simply replied, it’s now on its way 2 days after it was already meant to arrive. Then closed my complaint ticket. Do not use this company.

Amazing experience!! Got exactly what was asked for in perfect condition. Highly recommend this site

Printed a booklet from web cartridge and it came within a week and it is very good quality.

Failed to deliver but kept my money. Can’t contact via email or phone. Just terrible and I’m assuming the money will not be returned!

If I could give no stars I would.
I placed an order on the 5th May and it’s now the 28th May, and I am still waiting.
I’ve sent a couple of emails enquiring about my order, and told it’s been dispatched. I telephoned customer service today, and was cut off. I have asked for a refund……..

This company isn’t based in the UK despite having a UK website, phone number and email address. They are in Spain
They do not answer the phone nor emails
Very difficult to return faulty goods as they expect you to return at your cost to Spain despite their website returns policy gives a UK address

Same as others really, paid extra for quick delivery as I have an event I needed handouts for. No idea the company was based in Spain. Handouts currently somewhere in France apparently. Event is tonight at 7pm and it is currently 3.15pm so it feels unlikely I will be getting my prints.

Tried to phone and got put on hold only to be cut off - twice. Have emailed but not expecting any response. Tried going directly to UPS who are shipping the prints, but could only speak to a robot and did not get any answers.

Will have to try to get my money back but I imagine that will be impossible.

Ordering on the webite was very simple and initial comms seemed okay. I got an e-mail telling me it was being processed and another one when it was dispatched. It was all radio silence from there: the "tracking" link did not have any tracking info, and they did not reply to my e-mail, so I lost all hope as days went by. However, prints arrived after 12 days and I am very happy with the quality. Price was much more competitive than other UK alternatives, so I would use them again if time is not a key factor.

Useless, it's been a month still no delivery arrived. Then finally I get an email from Royal Mail saying they can't deliver it and that it's being returend to sender. Wasted money and time.

This company is very misleading. They use a .co.uk website, list a UK address and phone number, and advertise 24–72 hour delivery via Evri, which strongly implies UK dispatch.

Nowhere was it made clear that items ship from Spain. Had I known this, I would not have ordered. It has now been a week, and the parcel has only just entered the UK and is at customs — far beyond the advertised delivery timeframe.

I spent £28 based on the expectation of fast UK delivery and feel misled. It’s especially disappointing as I was considering using them for my print-on-demand business, which would have meant regular orders.

Transparency about dispatch location and realistic delivery times is essential, and this experience has completely undermined trust.

Ordered some printouts, it said they will be delivered within 5 days. I waited 10 days the delivery because they Shop from Spain! Don't bother.

Well I order a ink cartridge and were sending email next day that mu order was delivered. BE CAREFUL IT IS A SCAM.It is no traking number with their delivery company so don't buy

C'est une arnaque non ??!! Délais de livraison non respecté, service client répondant à côté de la demande et surtout me demandant de repayer les frais de livraison pour recevoir ma commande. J'attends toujours ma commande payée il y a 25 jours !! On est loin des 24/48h !!! PAS SERIEUX
