Brilliant Professional Service & Caring Staff
I recently found myself in the unfortunate position of needing care after a debilitating accident.
I am a very private person and was not looking forward to having complete strangers in my house, even though i couldn't wash and dress myself on my own, or cook a meal.
I was put in the care of Waterside Home Care.
My first interaction was with the manager Sharon Popps, from that initial visit i could see that this was an extremely professional company, who genuinely cared for their clients.
I have been lucky enough to be in their care for the last 8 months, and they couldn't have honestly done any more for me.
The service they offer is outstanding and the carer's couldn't do enough for me, they went well above what was expected.
The level of care from each individual is exemplary, they are very polite, professional, knowledgeable and caring, at no time did i feel like they shouldn't be in my house, they are more like good friends, and i will miss them immensely.
If you find yourself or a relative in need of care, I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
They all provide an amazing service, and are a credit to the caring community.
