Great service, true value and easy to negotiate

I made a deal to trade my JLC reverse dual for a Panerai GMT. I was quoted a price for the JLC that seemed reasonable to me, so I sent my watch to them, when they got it, they called me to tell me that the watch I sent them was worth $2,000 less than what I was quoted. Needless to say, I felt stuck with them holding my watch. I went ahead with the trade, but wasn't happy with the way it all went down. The Panerai GMT is a nice watch and I wear more than I would the JLC.

A few months back, I wanted to sell my Pam 188.
