Hi I have traded one of my watches with wuw , mr.randy he was so pro fast answering email and fast shipment the watch was clean and nice as new and as described in website . It was a very good experience dealing with these guys and I recommend wuw to anyone who got interest in watches .

I have been in the market for a used Breitling Old Navitimer II for a little while now. I located one with watchuwant and sent off a email inquiry Sunday morning. On Sunday evening Peter Bell called me at my house. Kinda hard to believe a salesman would be calling on a Sunday, so that says a lot about him and his this company. He spent some time talking with me and I ended up making a deal on the watch that evening.

The next day I went to the bank and wired the money over and the next day the watch was at my house. There ended up being a slight problem with the Chronograph feature of the watch so I contacted Peter and he sent me another shipping label and it went back that day. The next day his watchmaker got it fixed (seemed something came loose probably from getting bumped in shipping) and the watch was sent back to me 2 days later. His watchmaker wanted to keep it a extra day to make sure everything checked out after it was fixed which I had no issues with.

So it was a unfortunate circumstance for us both but I cant say enough about a company that goes the extra mile after the sale. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another watch from Peter or watchuwant.
