Hello,
Our boxes are typically for multiple species. However when you specify species we will make sure to send some baits or lures pertaining to your preference. If customers aren't happy they can just email us and we will always resolve the matter. We cancel immediately upon request by email. We see that the account was already cancelled. So you are all set.

I ask the lady to cancel my subscription and they keep trying to make an order for me and trying to charge my card .do not recommend this company.
Yes the transaction never was completed but am glad the card got declined but it should not happen in the first place. And I told the lady to cancel for me several times for future transactions. And I got and email saying that my new subscription was coming after I already told to cancel it .And you have no right to tell me that I was not honest. After seeing this review we looked into your account. It appears that your review is not accurate. You received your first box and the following month the card declined. We cancelled the account once you emailed about the declined payment. So there was only one attempt, not multiple attempts. Our customer support was quick to resolve the matter.
