Order number 93242 for three beds. Great customer service and delivery. An issue was resolved well by customer services. Initial contact on the general line wasn’t great but that was made up for by the specialist customer service colleague. Quality beds.

15 years my bed is still going strong

I bought a Warren Evans Sunday bed 15 years ago and there is not a lose component or wobbly part after all that time.

We have just purchased a new bed for my mother and I was pleasantly surprised that the customer service was still excellent Joshua even went out in to the showroom floor to give us some additional measurements and called us back after the purchase to provide further information regarding the delivery process.

Moral of the story is a Warren Evans bed is a wise investment that will pay you back with years of use. Excellent Customer service, also it's nice to support a small family business with beds made in the UK rather than shipped from another country

We are so happy with our new Warren Evans bed! We have been sleeping on it for 4 nights now and the experience is truly wonderful.
Although we live in Glasgow, we chose to get a Warren Evans bed as I have had their beds before when living in London (we wanted a bigger one and needed a new mattress), so knew they were excellent quality. They had a sale offer on the bed I liked (super kingsize minimalist style) so the price for the frame and mattress were very reduced.
It still would have been simpler and cheaper to get a bed online or locally, but I thought Warren Evans would be a better choice as they have such a huge range of classic and stylish designs in high quality and sustainable materials. My partner was interested in getting a Simba bed and mattress because of their high profile in reviews, but we noticed that despite having a smaller share of the market, Warren Evans' percentage of positive reviews relative to sales was higher. So I contacted the store to discuss delivery options. I communicated with Jade (and also Dawid), who were both really helpful. and was persuaded to investigate further.
As I was visiting London anyway, I went to the Camden showroom and met with Jade to make a final decision. She was extremely helpful, gave me lots of good advice and ran through all the options. She spent a long time with me as I tried out different mattresses and discussed wood stain colours and which headboard to go for. I really liked the use of natural fabrics in the mattress we chose (firm Organic+2000) and the range of design options for the bed itself. Our bedroom furniture is mid-century and I chose the minimalist bed with a Kentish headboard in teak, and the style matches perfectly.
Buying the bed and getting it delivered to Scotland involved emailing and organising with a courier company, but throughout, the advice and communication with WE staff was excellent.
The bed looks beautiful, was easy to put together and is so comfortable; we’ve never slept better, and morning aches and pains are gone. I totally recommend both the beds and the customer service to anyone looking to invest in a new bed. We couldn’t be happier than with ours.

Have used them in the past, despite being unable to get to a showroom there excellent sales team identified my requirements and delivered the appropiate matteress to our address all the staff from the sales staff to the delivery guys were professional, competent and friendly.

The showroom in Camden Town is lovely - very relaxing looking at the selection of beds. We chose our bed very quickly and selected a teak stained tilted headboard. Gul helped in our decision making and we completed the deal quickly. The. bed has just arrived and two very polite men assembled it. They took away our old bed and headboard for free as we had disassembled it. All in all a very efficient operation and a pleasure to shop there.

I purchased a super king bed frame as a returning customer and the whole experience was a pleasure. The customer service from start to finish was very pleasing and the date of delivery was smooth and very professional. Will return when needed again

He even helped with advice for a purchase from a different shop when they didn't sell something I wanted. I've had a Warren Evans bed before and it lasted me 20+ years and two countries. Truly informative and friendly staff, including Mr Evans himself there on a Sunday - couldn't have asked for me really. Quick turn around on a British manufactured bed with free returns and they get rid of our old bed and mattress. Smashing

From the first telephone call, Warren Evans could not have been more helpful. I had an old Warren Evans mattress that they identified for me, so I was able to buy the same again or consider an upgrade. The advice I received and information provided about options was thorough and helpful. Warren Evans kept me up to date as the delivery approached and, on the day, they were in with the new and out with the old almost at the speed of thought. The mattress is fine and my wife and I agree that the upgrade was well worthwhile. When I next need a new mattress, Warren Evans will be the first and probably only call I make.

`Very professional and clearly a credit to your company

I contacted Warren Evans this week to enquire about replacing my memory foam mattress with a more firmer mattress. I bought my current bed from Warren Evans 12 years ago and have been very happy with it and the service they provided. Gul was really efficient in responding to my enquiry and made some very helpful suggestions of mattresses that most suited my needs. An appointment was made at my earliest convenience to test the suggested mattresses at their Camden Showroom. I was greeted by Jade who went through my options and I tested the best mattresses.
I found the whole service very efficient and personal . They are proud and knowledgable about their products. This is my second time using Warren Evans and I would not hesitate recommending them to others.
