As a first-time customer, everything about the service was perfect. Joe was helpful from the start and a great ambassador for the company. He knew everything, was patient, constructive and made us feel welcome. He inspired confidence in the company and nothing was too much trouble for him. He made this a perfect visit to Warren Evans.

I chose to have an online chat yesterday because I need a new mattress. I had been looking at hybrid mattresses from various well known suppliers but I was unsure of the quality for the price. I have severe back problems and mobility issues which makes getting to a showroom impossible hence I needed advice from a human, not a chatbot.
I spoke to Dawid who advised on which support level should be best and reassured me with the 10 week free return policy. The whole experience was that typical of family business rather than big shed mentality, thanks for the help and I can't wait to sleep in my new bed.

Just had my 4th painting job done at my house by Warren and sons. Paul was so good with his advice and working in with us when it suited to do the job. So happy with Zam and his crew for doing such a professional job and keeping me up to date with what they had done and what was left to do with painting the outside of my house. Also Zam explained about the paint he used and why it was the best product for our house. I recommend Warren and sons to family and friends.

The furniture I purchased is decent, but not as impressive as I had hoped. While it's functional and sturdy, the finish and overall look aren’t as polished as the pictures on the website suggested. It would have been helpful to see more detailed images, particularly showing the piece from different angles. Delivery was on time, but the assembly instructions could be clearer. Overall, it’s good value for the price, but there’s definitely room for improvement in terms of product presentation and quality.

Cannot recommend enough! Visited their showroom in Camden and was helped by Dawid to select the right bed for us. Simple process was painless and enjoyable - so much nicer than the chain bed stores.

I have just bought my bed and mattress from Warren Evans - due to be delivered shortly. This was via a recommendation from a friend and I liked that I could customise the fabric etc for the frame. Their customer service is outstanding. Dawid couldn’t have been more helpful. Sending out samples promptly, responding really quickly to all my questions and offering great advice without any pushy sales approach. If their products are as good as their customer service - I will be very happy. But with a 10 week trial period with a no quibbles return guarantee, that gives me extra reassurance too. Best bed ever! The mattress is an absolute dream. I bought the Organic+ 6000 Hybrid Medium Firm/Firm and I needed it in a tight time-frame and they made it happen. Customer service was lovely. So nice to speak to actual people too. I love a firm mattress but I think I even would've been happy with the Medium too? I love a mattress topper but this is super comfortable without one. I love that it's organic, natural and won't just end up in landfill, never to break down! I also bought the platform bed base to go with an antique bed head I own and it goes perfectly. A really solid & well-made bed base. Highly recommend.

Just had new ottoman bed delivered which looks very smart. Had great communication about the delivery and when they arrived the delivery guys were on time, polite, courteous and efficient.

The mattress is definitely more comfortable than the one I had been using. It's firmer and I like that.

Had a number of beds - frames and mattresses - from here over the years. Great every time. We met Warren Evans himself on our most recent visit to the showroom and I told him they didn’t quite have the frame I wanted. I wanted a wooden headboard and upholstered frame. So he said that was a good idea and made one up for me. That’s what I call service. Marcin, Josh and Jade were the main guys who gave me a solid gold service every time I visited before I purchased. And the bed is sooo comfortable. The delivery guys were great too. Would recommend them without hesitation.

Found this company online as I was looking for organic mattresses.
I decided to drive to the warehouse and try them and was pleasantly surprised with the service I received from Joe , he was very professional and explained everything in detail, which made me feel more confident about the product and the company

I unfortunately witnessed bullying by management towards a staff member in the showroom during a visit. I expressed my concern to the agent and got names, this manger then took my details out of their system and called to gaslight me. I tried to follow up and email support but have not heard anything back in two weeks. Not sure if you can trust a company that brushes such actions under the carpet.

I have been informed that Warren Evans has taken steps to protect its employees, and the agent mentioned above is no longer with the company. Although communication was delayed, I’m glad to know that a small business will not be held back by poor management. It’s unfortunate that I purchased a bed elsewhere in the meantime, as the quality at Warren Evans is among the best I tested.
