The store has a fantastic range of raw food (kibble etc available too). Staff were very friendly and helpful, and didn't make me feel bad for having ADHD brain fog and needing some extra guidance.
Will definitely be back again!

Good selection of natural treats which is what I was after but the lady behind the counter was very rude. Asking what dogs I had, I mentioned a Labrador x mastiff. Her reply was no wonder all these traditional breeds are dying out with people like you buying all the fancy hybrid thingies. Won't be going back there to be scrutinised over what dog breed I have. Customer facing staff should not be rude and outspoken when there's no place for judgemental belittlement like this.

Just wanted to say thank you so much for today! The field albeit muddy, was great fun for the pup and the girls and the bathing facilities for pup were brilliant and so easy to use! Beautiful place and wonderful staff! Thank you we will be back and sharing far and wide! Jen, the gang and one very worn out puppy :)

Staff is great. Food quality for raw needs to go up. Start keeping Henley, TDB, or TRF. Raw food completes not enough, the ones other than paleo ridge have vegetables to a small degree which is not needed.

I’ve been buying dog food here for almost eight years without a fail. You get high quality products for lower prices in comparison to big chains as they don’t pay high rental fees due to being on the farm. All the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. There is a self dog wash outside too which is perfect for our German shepherd who hates going to the groomers. It’s a gem and I can’t recommend it highly enough.

I’ve been getting my pet food from here for years always very helpful David has a really good product knowledge can’t fault them.

Popped in to get my dog some treats, staff miserable & unfriendly. Very expensive to the normal pet store u can visit local.wont be returning

Order placed online money taken wait a week no contact then email after contacting order not processed and money refunded. Our dogs now out of food. Very poor service avoid.

I ordered a large quantity of Natural Instinct frozen pet food on Thursday 11th May before 12pm for next day delivery. As I did not receive any email confirmation I rang the company on Friday to be told it would definitely be delivered that day, by 4pm nothing had arrived so I rang once again to be told that there was a delay with the post office and they would call them and ring me back. I rang the company back over an hour later to be told the previous employee had gone home and it was too late to do anything now but that she would arrange for my parcel to be repacked the next day and delivered on Monday. On Saturday morning I rang again to check it was definitely being delivered on Monday to be told no it would have to be Tuesday! The employee told me as I had been put to huge inconvenience and now had to find somewhere that stocked this food as I had run out he would put some free treats in the parcel and make a partial refund of £35.00. The parcel did eventually arrive on Tuesday and surprise surprise there were no free treats inside! I have ever since been trying to get my £35.00 refund and my emails are now just being ignored. What a company! Such poor service all round and then to promise to compensate me with no intentions of doing so is pretty low! Think twice before using this company.

I started ordering from Walnut Pet Supplies as my previous supplier for frozen dog food had suddenly disappeared. Hunting for a new supplier, I eventually came across Walnut Pet Supplies who didn't just offer really competitive prices, they were also extremely helpful, quick to respond to my enquiries and delivery has been completely straight-forward. I've now had 2 orders delivered and will certainly continue to use them in the future!

Hey, this service was abslutely brilliant, I said soon to my girlfriend as I arrived home I'm going to give them review, (& I don't do that) my time too precious) but here I am- well done walnut; got it in a day. 2 heavy litters & week supply wet cat food. If anything would like more quality wet cat & kitten food choice aside applaws on your site. Only reason I will still also be ordering from anyone else. But us & the cats love ya's haha. Ps. Good name too :).

I'm a first time user of walnut pet shop unfortunately they couldn't get the items I wanted back in stock which wasn't there fault. .but I did get a full refund and the staff was very nice and helpful I will order from them again

Fantastic service! Really impressed with efficiency, ordered the products at 5pm they arrived at 7pm the same day at no extra cost. Cheapest by a mile and we wil definitely be using the service again.

Very helpful with helping pick suitable dog food for my puppy retriever. The service is brilliant and the prices are one of the most competitive I have seen in a long time for my other doggies. Will be visiting Walnut Pet Supplies again soon.

Very reasonable prices, good customer service by phone, but website needs improving. Still advertised 10% promotion, when it had expired, so wouldn't work. Very frustrating.

We ran out of dog food, we sometimes go to Walnut Tree Pet Supplies but had recently found it cheaper on line elsewhere, I didn't know that they also had an on line service. I looked them up on the Internet to check their prices again and found you could also buy on line from them and a lot cheaper then others. I placed my order and then called to ask when it would be delivered, the guy I spoke to was so helpful on the phone even though they were having a printer issue. He told me it would be delivered next day and it was. I hadn't placed the order until 3.45pm the day before!!! Great service, brilliant price, will definitely use every time especially at the price they were selling the Nature Diet at!!

Even though I ordered after 15.30 my order arrived at 8.30 the following morning

Toby is only 5 years old but he already shows signs of stiffening in his hips. The vet thinks he will need medication but I want to avoid this for as long as possible. I was recommended fish oil by a friend so I thought I'd give it a try. He has been on it daily for a few weeks now and I feel he is more comfortable. He is keen to chase a ball around the garden, and he jumps into the car more easily. It may not solve the problem but I think the benefits are noticeable so I will keep using the oil anyway.
