I have been a tenant through Waldens for the last year and a half after selling my previous property & I cannot fault them! 😮‍💨 They’re a really lovely, small team in Kempston that I’ve grown to build a great relationship with! Going into becoming a tenant following being a private owner, I expected it to be a headache, however I’ve always been able to rely on them to promptly deal with landlord related issues and enquiries and can always expect a email update the same day! They’re super organised, very welcoming, offer advance planned property visits which are always non-evasive and not overly time consuming and have an open door approach to issues where you can visit the office and have a friendly chat and a laugh!

Overall a really pleasant letting agents to be connected to! A special shoutout to Janine, Shelley and Tom for there amazing customer service and friendly approach to there jobs, you can really see they care and make a great lil team! 100% wanting to rent through them again in the next property! 🫶✨

Have been using Waldens for past 9 years and have found them to be absolutely great. Any problems reported by the tenant are forwarded to me and in the main Waldens are contacted to remedy. You will have difficulty in finding better agents, Shelley, Janine and Tom are great.
