I am very disappointed with Vulcain
I am very disappointed with my experience as a customer of Vulcain.
I purchased an official Vulcain Beads of Rice bracelet for my Vulcain Nautique watch, and unfortunately, the product quality is far below acceptable standards. The micro-adjustment mechanism in the clasp is completely unreliable and disengages even under slight wrist movement, making the bracelet practically unusable. Additionally, the finishing on the clasp is sharp and unrefined, and the end links are so poorly manufactured that the spring bars cannot be installed without damaging them.
More concerning, however, is the fact that I have contacted Vulcain multiple times via their official email address (three times over two weeks) and received no reply whatsoever. The only communication I received was a generic Instagram message telling me to send an email – which I had already done several times with no response.
As a customer of a supposedly premium brand, I expected not only a higher product standard, but also basic respect and responsiveness. Sadly, I received neither.
Unless this situation is addressed, I cannot recommend Vulcain – either for their products or their customer service.
