One big scam,ordered and paid for Car Repair Kit last June,never received, emailed them but same answer all the time 4to6 weeks,learnt my lesson.

i ordered from them 12/27/19 never got the product they have no contact other than a fake email fraud dont order from them

Do not buy anything from these b@st@rds! They do not send anything. Bought something via a Facebook add and paid (luckily) only €19,99. The track and trace is fake and when you contact them the answer is that they will deliver in 3-6 weeks... BS! Even the add and official Facebook page was gone when i wanted to look up how to get in contact with vstarstore. Wish I saw all the bad reviews before I send them my money. Be warned!

Its fraud please do not buy any product from them. I have order a product on 8th December till today I have nothing when I said I will inform the police they told me delivery will take 3-6 weeks. I wrote to them again after few weeks and demanded my money. Let me see if they refund me or....

Order placed on Dec 15 2019 and received email saying the last step of purchase not completed however in my paypal account indicated the payment already completed.

Email to Vstarstore, nobody care to reply! Shouls have checked online comment b4 purchase.

Definitely this is fraud i ordered my product December 10 .and i don't have any information about it.i send 2 email but the address is not exist .

This is a scam.
I paid for this order #82988 in August 2019.
It was only USD 16.98!
To date, 24th December 2019 I have not received the product or any explanation from them.
My e-mails go unanswered.
Shame on them!

Vstarstore is definitly a scammer website. I had ordered a product on 6 july worth of $19.97 with order confirmation number #67280 and still after been more than 5 months the product had not arrived. On tracking the product it is clearly written that the shipment has been canceled but the Vstarstore is always giving me the same reply that "Shipping takes 3-6 weeks depending on location. Some distant areas can take a bit longer. But we will get to you". This company is a scam on facebook and online store and I recommend to the people that please avoide to place any order on this website as you definotly gonna loose your money if you order anything over this website.

I ordered 4 items in May 2019 worth 125 US $. Parcel never arrived, I guess probably never left China. A one and only response by the website to whatsoever query you raise in the subsequent follow-up emails is 'Shipping takes 3-6 weeks depending on location. Some distant areas can take a bit longer. But we will get to you.' They stopped responding even with the above statement when I used the same subject line in follow-up emails. 6 months on, I don't have a clue of the items. They don't have a contact number either. I have learnt the hard way.

After 2 months no product received.... scammers for sure

I ordered a product in July and am still waiting for it to come they keep saying it will take 3 to 6 weeks to deliver but we will get to you I have asked for a refund and no reply so they are obviously scammers a total disgrace i hope they are investigated very bad service very disappointed in them

I ordered from this store on July 15 and it's Nov now and I have yet to receive my order. They said it will take 6 to 8 weeks, but it's more than 3 months now. When I email after 8weeks, the automated reply was the same saying it will take 6 to 8 weeks. When I email a few other times asking them to refund my money, there is no reply.

Ordered in feb this is November. Never shipped. Sends reply to email it takes 2-5 weeks. They have no intention to ship. Fraud.

Scammers never purchase from this online store.
