VOLT-CORP sold me an item that was supposedly genuine but turned out not to be
I made a few purchases from this VOLT-CORP shop, but unfortunately I ran into a problem because I believed the spare parts were supposed to be genuine.
It turns out that I contacted Teverun directly regarding one of the items I bought from VOLT-CORP, namely the headlight for the Teverun Fighter Supreme 7260R, the latest 2026 version, and as Teverun informed me, this kit comes with the two headlight mounting screws included, but the one I bought from VOLT-CORP did not come with the screws, which is strange if it is supposedly genuine; however, it is not the same as the genuine part sold by Teverun. I believe that this company, in addition to providing me with terrible customer service, sold me an item that is not even genuine whilst leading me to believe it was.
I don’t know if the idea is that the headlight should be fixed with adhesive tape; that’s probably what they think should be done!!!
We buy things thinking we’re dealing with serious professionals and a company that supposedly knows the products it sells, but in the end it’s just another website selling a load of rubbish and deceiving people who, like me, buy in good faith.
