Great service and great pricing. Luke Perry very helpful and always available. Whats not to like?

I don’t normally do reviews but my recent experience of dealing with Voipon has prompted me to share my experience. I can only say that I dealt with an individual and company that gave me great advice and his sector knowledge helped me to find solution to a problem that others could not. Luke Perry listened to me and provided us with the right solution for the application that we had. His technical knowledge and application solved the issue that we have had for sometime. I would not hesitate in recommending using Voipon again and of course Luke’s input and technical expertise found a solution to our issue.

The item was delivered quickly and appropriately packaged; but would not work with my network configuration; Raised a ticket with their Technical Support, who - very slowly - suggested making some changes to settings (referring me to a publicly accessible webpage) which were ineffective; they then expected me to make further changes, download and run some software that is way above my tec. level, and all went quiet, the request for a refund was declined. further research by self discovered the likely problem could be solved by using a STUN server, and sipgate's website suggested the settings to use. these effected, and the installation now works. but why were tech support not able to suggest these settings at the first contact?

Terrible experience from this company...
They will not accept returns it seems and this is in country to the distance selling regulations or at least they try to make it as difficult as possible for customers to do this.
I had to do a charge back from AMEX to get my refund.

Placed a order for item on 28th Feb told would be delivered next day, here i am 45 days later and still no item, every time called up get told the item is out for divery in the next 2 days, Keep calling up and never get a call back. or get passed from person to person with no one taking ownership.

Ordered two identical items. Received one correct item, one incorrrect. So had to go through their returns process - a long and frustrating time. In my experience, emails to their "help" line are just ignored, so you have to keep phoning up, and each new person you are passed on to or get to speak to on a new call requires the whole sorry tale repeated. Would appear their returns process involves several different divisions, or even companies, none of whom communicate with each other. Did eventually receive both the items I ordered, but it took 26 days. Avoid.

10/11/21 - Having accidentally ordered from this company a 2nd time I quickly realised why I shouldnt have. Having received a "DOA" Snom PA1 I tried desperately to arrange a RMA. This is next to impossible without many emails and basically shouting. I did manage to speak to their Upper Technical support who confirmed it was faulty. After finally being emailed the RMA I sent it off. Two weeks later I rang to check what was going on and was told that it was being processed that day !!! So if I hadnt rang it would still be sat on a shelf. A week later I have just been told that it is being sent off for testing which is utterly ridiculous as it was DAO and simply plugging it in would prove this. They have said that they can sell me another but would credit once it is deemed faulty. I would not order from these people again and why would I send something back that isnt faulty and that their support confirmed was faulty. It has cost me to send it back plus I need to get a job finished. However I refuse to give this company any more money. I simply do not trust them. DO NOT USE.

30/11 . After being promised on multiple occasions that I will be sent a replacement. It seems that the left hand doesn't know what the right is doing. I emailed this company twice to say that I hadn't been contacted regarding a replacement. This is an extremely bad experience and I would urge anyone to think twice when purchasing from this company. I may have to purchase a replacement elsewhere. PS. I did try and call but couldn't get through to anyone which seems to be a common thing.

2/12/21 Still no replacement and requested a refund.

Customer service and in particular their attidtude to taking returns of dead on arrival faulty goods is terrible.

We recevied a faulty Grandstream ATA - it rattled, obviously had taken a knock prior to reciept, and they refused to take it back without a video - obviously I'm not wasting my precious time on nonsense like this. It went back anyway and weeks later they have not replaced it.

In another batch of ATA's received I find a pre-used one - pre-used as in is setup with an admin password other than the factory default.

I would recommend avoiding these arrogrant people like the plague. Worth paying a little more elsewhere to actually receive some customer service.

Thanks for being so helpful with my mistake in ordering wrong item. Prompt process and settlement for refund.

on the whole goods arrived on time however power supply missing on one order and a phone that did not work
trying to get a refund is a hurdle!

Purchased a Patton SN4112 SmartNode 2 Port Analogue Gateway from Voipon. Unfortunately we didn't need it after a change of telephone system. These things happen. Returned the unit for credit within a few days after calling for an RMA number. Was later informed that we were only getting a 60% refund because we had written the RMA number on the outside of the box. Despite questioning the >£100 deduction, we were fobbed off. I believe they used the box excuse to circumvent distance selling regulations.

Ordered 2N intercom system. Image on Voipon website shows model with keypad. Box item shipped in shows model with keypad. Actual unit received has no keypad. After querying this (which they had to check with manufacturers) I was told it is generic imagery. Actual unit I wanted not in stock and 2 wk lead time.
It's either deliberate misrepresentation or just a really amateurish outfit.
Should have stuck with my usual supplier CIE.
Avoid.

After a mix up over a delivered item Catherine at VOIPON arranged for the item to be collected and replaced with a correct item. All of this was arranged calmly and i was kept informed at all times, a first class service. Catherine is a credit to VOIPON

Although they couldn't fulfil my need at the end of the day through no fault of the company (mis-match technology) the technical dept went out of their way to try and solve the problems and returns/customer services team sorted out the refunds with no fuss or bother. 10/10 for customer service.

Accidentally ordered two of the same item (door entry system) due to a communication cock up in the office. Sent one back to Voipon who issued a refund with no fuss and communicated regularly through the process. Excellent.

Have never had to use after sales service and therefore can't comment on this aspect of the company.

Shocking experience. The delivery was due on the 6/11/17. No delivery and now the courier suggests "Carded at 14:22". Office was staffed all day and CCTV shows NO visits by any courier between 13:00 and 15:00, no cards have been left.

VoIPon should be using more reliable couriers. Turns out APC use local couriers to do their work. perhaps try DPD.

Cancelling order so will update review once VoIP have refunded. Pathetic really for the first order.

I would suggest to VoIp On that you don't offer me "free" shipping on the next order. I doubt I will order again, and free shipping means you have no responsibility if that next order goes wrong.

I wanted to purchase a product advertised on the website to be told that they were out of stock. (This was 3 days ago, and the product is still advertised on the website) I was offered a solution 3 days ago for the same price to then be told today I have to pay £32.08 for the suitable alternative.
